The location was a 5 minute walk to where our training was.
The room nor bathroom was not finished. Bedside lamps couldn't be plugged in as there were no sockets and the bathroom was bare with no towel rack and only 1 loo role for 2 days. There was 2 of us staying in the room.

Big rooms, comfy bed. Complimentary food available. Large fridge for guest use. The place is exceptionally clean. Having the large kitchen available to use is very handy. Staff is extremely friendly. Comfortable lounge and somewhere to be. Almost has the feel of a hostel, but for grown ups.
The walls are a bit thin. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Host Tricia is so genuinely nice and welcoming and ensures that you feel at home while also keeping the place in top shape. The house is set in beautiful parkland overlooking Fermoy which further adds to its charm.
My room was lovely - very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The kitchen is amazing - you can make your own tea and coffee and there is a very generous supply of lovely food for snacks and breakfast. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again.

Handy location just off the motorway; bit difficult to find - one of those places once you know where it is, its easy but the first time round what turned out to be the road looked like a drive into a business premises. Couldnt find any other turning so thought I'd look and see, it was the right one. Just wanted bed for the night so was adequate for my needs, didnt have breakfst so cant comment on food.
Bathroom down a corridor -as I get up several times during the night it was very inconvenient.
No fault of the owners but the walls are very thin and the woman in the room whose wall backed onto mine decide to sing to herself. Loudly. For hours. By 11.30 I knocked on the wall and eventually she stopped. It would have been nice to have an armchair in the room, there was just an upright dining room type chair. So either that or sit on the bed to watch TV.

I must confess that this felt like being at home. Even better. The host is simply amazing. Really liked the hospitality, the energy and all together. The kitchen was well equiped (think there isn't anything you wouldn't find to be honest) and the rooms are simply amazing (big, clean, comfy,...)

The place was very quiet in a somewhat rural setting on the outskirts of Fermoy. It was enclosed with rock walls, so was very secure and had nice off-street parking so our motorcycle was safe. Also, they had a well-stocked common kitchen with basic ingredients and utensils there for making breakfast or snacks.
It was rather difficult to find the place. I think we should have had the exact GPS coordinates entered, but didn't. Perhaps they were available online, but we weren't aware of them.

we got a family room that was definitely huge with its own bathroom.
it was very comfotable and spacious, the bedsheets were fresh and the room clean and spotless.
Some furnitures may need an update (ie the couch in our room)
The house is lovely on the whole and Tricia was so kind.
there's no breakfast service included, but you can access the kitchen and help yourself - plenty of options ( cereals, eggs, toast... )

For me it was more of a B&B then Air B&B. Whoever was in the room below us on the Monday night started banging on the roof for my kids to be quiet. It was 10pm but they were excited after being at Fota Wildlife and they were just playing with their toys. I didn’t feel like they were being very noisy but our neighbour below didn’t agree. I had to put my kids to bed straight away which I didn’t like as in other Air B&B’s I have felt more on our own and not pressured like I did on Monday night.

We were greeted by the lovely Tricia who showed us around and made us feel so welcome. It was like a home away from home and we felt so comfortable from the start. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation :-)

It was perfect for what I wanted, a convenient night stop . The welcome by Trisha was excellent and comprehensive. The room was just right . I didn’t use all the facilities as all I wanted was a bed for the night . The motorway is close as is a garage

Trisha was a very friendly host. Looks like a fairly new place from the outside.
The room smelled like overpowering room freshener- in fact one day later and the clothes still smell like it. Bathroom sink had no drain- just a bucket in the cabinet for any fluids to go. Building is poorly maintained with broken cabinets, awful beds, looked like furniture from the second hand store. Kitchen was filled with second hand dishes and pans with broken handles. There was food available to make your own breakfast- not a traditional B&B.
