The bedrooms are nice and parking for large cars is perfect. Close to centre

The floor was dirty, the bathrooms are both very old and one of them had a broken shower door and it was dirty.

Got to the property with my 3 children, had to wait for 25 minutes before the host arraived, when he did arraivd he asked for Government tax straight away, no hospitality at all, because its so remote a welcome pack would have been nice. The place states its on the beech front this is why we book this. It is a 30 minute walk uphill on the way home. We are on a main road with constant traffic. The 2 showers were broken and when we reported this, our answer was the guest before yous broke this. Somebody came around on a Thursday to fix the shower, fixed only 1 shower. Clearly also states Sofa bed. This is not the case. TV didn't work, kettle broken and there was Ants everywhere. We received a bottle of cleaning spray and 2 rubber gloves so we could clean this. No air conditioning in childrens room, Our bedroom Air conditioning not cold at all. Wardrobe falling apart, kettle broken. Also it clearly says on website Restraunt onsite, blatant lye nearest restraunt 30 minutes away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. On another note taxi are expensive rip off in the week I was there I paid over 300 euro on taxis. I would advise to use the my taxi app. Paths/sidewalks are very unsteady Not for anyone with a disability to stay and the place is full of rubbish as they have no bin system.
