Day one the building has a strange odor and so did the condo. There was a roach crawling around the master bedroom. Shower and tubs needs replacing. The condo barely looked like the pictures. Then was construction next door so I was awaken out my sleep extremely early due to this. There was dirty towels just sitting on the washer.

Great location, condo was clean but could use a deep clean and light maintenance (bulbs out/missing, bathroom fan didn't work), I needed to buy a few items that I typically find in a condo such as hangers and cups with lids for the pool/beach. Pool was very clean and view was beautiful! Photos need updated as the ones in the listing don't match current look. Check in and check out was a breeze!!

The condo was very clean. The ocean views were amazing. The condo was stocked with towels, and anything you needed for your beach days. Location of condo was perfect and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Personal garage parking space for the condo was perfect! We would definitely book again.

The condo’s location was excellent and the building was quiet. The building is old but still functional. The only thing that really needs to improve is getting in touch with renters at least the day before. I had to send a message to get the physical address and directions on how to get into the unit.

This house is in the best location. The beach is in the backyard! Right next door to the coolest little downtown area, must try coconuts on the new home restaurant next door. The garage only one door worked but it wasn’t a big deal for us

The view of the beach from the balcony and watching the sun come up was amazing. We didn't use anything in the kitchen except for the coffee pot, because we brought what we needed, but there seemed to be enough items to use. There's a lot to do here. We enjoyed visiting Kennedy Space Center, the beach, shopping, several restaurants and more. If we came back to Cocoa Beach, we would stay here again.

Family Spring Trip
Condo was clean and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. We brought our own pillows, but the beds were very comfortable. The view of the beach from the balcony and watching the sun come up was amazing. We didn't use anything in the kitchen except for the coffee pot, because we brought what we needed, but there seemed to be enough items to use. There's a lot to do here. We enjoyed visiting Kennedy Space Center, the beach, shopping, several restaurants and more. If we came back to Cocoa Beach, we would stay here again.

This has been the most amazing property we have stayed at so far. It is perfectly positioned for perfect views of the beach. It was a full moon during our stay and we sat on the balcony all night listening to the waves under the beautiful moon. Everything we needed was there for us, and even a closet full of beach ‘toys’! We will be back!

My husband and I spent 3 days for my birthday weekend which were just heavenly. The view from balcony is amazing, you are so close you can hear the waves crashing. We loved having sliding doors that opened off bedroom & living room. The only real downside is how old & rundown the building is. It’s badly in need of a face lift. But the unit itself has been freshly painted & was very clean. Easy check in process. The beach access is incredibke for the price. We would definitely rent again!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this VRBO. The facility was absolutely beautiful. Everything was just as advertised! Loved the fact there was a washer & dryer in the unit! Lastly, the views of the ocean were Fabulous!

This condo was in a perfect location to enjoy the beach and the few bars it was super close to. I have always loved the live music at Coconuts and being able to walk there was awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Upon checking in, we were unable to gain access into the building via the key pad code. It would light up as “enter” after the code was typed but the door would not unlock. I called the property manager and there was no answer. I tried the maintenance guy but no answer there either. Didn’t get a call back until a couple hours later. Luckily, a resident let us in about 20 minutes after we arrived. The beach chairs were awful. We had to rent some for $20/day from the rental company on the beach. The bath towels were very worn and had long hairs on them. There were no instructions for the TV but we eventually figured out that the remote only turned everything OFF. We had to manually turn on the TV & cable box every time which was no big deal but it would have been nice to have known that. On a positive note, the location was fantastic. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance & the condo is right on the beach. We would opt to stay somewhere else next time though.

Planned to take our granddaughter for a beach getaway before she went back to school but something came up and she couldn’t join us. We contacted the property manager and after 14 hours he finally got back with us and refused to let us change our reservation, said it was too close to our check in date, so my husband and I still went. When we got to the building the combination lock on the front door didn’t work so we contacted the property manager once again and he still hasn’t called back. Thankfully a short while later a man staying in another condo at the Boardwalk came up and let us in. The atrium, hallways, garage, and other common areas need a good cleaning and sprucing up. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, which we left, but other than that the condo itself was clean and had an excellent view of the beach. We ate at Coconuts, which is right next door, Florida Seafood Bar & Grill, and Papa Vito’s (twice—because it was so good!) All were excellent restaurants. This wasn’t our first trio to Cocoa Beach and it certainly won’t be our last.

On the Beach
Location was great. The complex is small and quiet which really appeals me. The enclosed parking is very helpful since you are on the beach. Great view and easy access to the beach. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. My one suggestion would be in the master bath. It needs some attention on some of the grout lines in the shower. There are some issues with mildew which is not unusual on the beach.
That being said, we would still stay here in the future.
