Great breakfast - plenty of food, Very friendly and welcoming host, Very good value, Location was perfect for my reason for staying in the area
It's a little scruffy round the edges although it was exactly how I imagined for the bargain price, bathroom was on a different floor to my room so was a bit worried about using it during the night

Set in a nice location just outside the city, the hotel is the perfect place to stay if you’re on a budget. The place was clean and warm and the host was very nice.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

The owner was very friendly. The location and parking great. Lovely cooked breakfast offered.
Very basic, bedding insufficient for a very cold night, although central heating was on. No filter/ground coffee available with breakfast, just instant coffee. Very dusty, needed a deep clean.

A little bit noisy at certain times due to it being on a main road but quiet during night.

The owner was very friendly and kind, the warm shower was very welcome, the room was clean and breakfast was simple but tasty and filling
Mattresses are at end of life, you can clearly feel the springs through the bedding. The curtains on the front room did nothing to block the streetlight, so the room was bright all night.

The staff were welcoming and the room was very tidy and clean. We also had access to a mini fridge and the bathroom was spotless.

The Hotel was fine for the break we wanted in excellent location for us and good breakfast.
Mattress is due for replacement, lumpy.

Could not have been treated any better. Excellent service, friendly and went above and beyond by helping us out when we couldn't get a taxi. Comfy beds, clean and very reasonably priced. Will definately stay again. Thank you

Nothing too much trouble for the friendly owner. Veggie breakfast excellent. Facilities top notch shower hot and powerful. Tea coffee in the room. Proper keys to the rooms AND three lovely dogs.....10 out of 10

The room was clean and comfy with all we needed.
The guy was an absolute star - helping with bags and doors and so friendly.
Breakfast was perfect and even had yummy vegan sausages for my daughter.

Gentleman who ran the place was so friendly
He cooked an amazing full English breakfast which I had with toast and orange juice and coffee
There was also cereals if you wanted them.
The bed was so comfortable and rooms were a nice size
Only thing I didnt like was the fact it wasnt on-suite but it stated that on description so I already knew this ( so that's just fussy me)

The host was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was basic but comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant, hot fresh food and made to how you like it. 3 small dogs at the property that are friendly too. Thanks for a lovely stay.
