Exceptional

Spacious room with ensuite. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and catered very well for gluten free. Lorna and Ian were great hosts.

Lorna the host is amazing, nothing was too much trouble even arranged flowers for my partner's birthday 😊. Beautifully clean and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Will definitely go back for another visit

The hosts were super accommodating, going to great lengths to ensure us and our motorcycles were safe, secure and totally happy. Amazing food! Spotlessly clean. A real home from home. 🙂

Awesome little place!

The room was fantastic clean and cosy with good views of the town and hills. The breakfast was awesome as were the hosts. The local countryside is lovely rolling hills and landscape/valleys with a few nice walks from the doorstep or a short car ride away.

Quiet stay with top class breakfast

Lorna was a lovely host who offered a fantastic breakfast and hospitality. I had booked the single room with shared bathroom but I was lucky enough to be upgraded to the double that had been recently refurbished. I had cycled to the property and there was plenty of space to store the bike safely and I appreciated the warm croissant after an early start!

Great place to stay

We loved the room, we loved the service and care we received. The breakfast was the best, great selection and presentation. Lorna and Ian were fantastic, they looked after us and we couldn't have wanted for more.

Nothing, the best place we've stayed at to date in Wales. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent breakfast. Quiet location for good night's sleep. Safe off-road parking. Choice of places to eat within walking distance. Hosts very welcoming. I had booked a single room with access to private bathroom but on arrival I was very kindly upgraded to an available ensuite double at no charge.

Brilliant stay with fantastic hosts.

Lorna & Ian were fantastic hosts. Very welcoming. We were offered an ensuite at the last minute. Very accommodating of our hosts. Superb freshly cooked breakfast. Certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends. We loved it.

Welcoming hosts, great food, great location

Visited again after last staying twice roughly 8-9 years ago. The Lady who ran the BnB during my last visit has retired and her daughter now runs the business. Not much has changed with the new management (which is good) other than lots of decor updates and modern features (smart tv's in the rooms). Generous free cooked breakfast still the highlight of the stay and the hosts make you feel very welcome. Motorbikes are able to park around the back of the property out of view. Bloody good location for a bike trip as the road from the bnb to Llandovery is a standout.

The great British B&B at its best 👍

The British B&B at its very best! A warm welcome from Lorna & Ian, a well appointed room and building, spotlessly clean, and of course, a breakfast to match! Thank you both. We will return without our bikes next time when we walk the long distance Heart of Wales railway trail, with Llanwrtyd Wells being the halfway point.
