Located in Chapel Hill, this charming house for $1,735 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our home is situated on a lake in the middle of Chapel Hill. Beautiful architectural details. 5 bedrooms 4.5 baths. A 6th bedroom/bath is available if needed (additional fee). Inquire about options. Private dock with kayaks and paddle boards. Private park at the end of our street The house can be rented out by room or the whole house. Great for family reunions, small weddings, rehearsal dinners, graduation, ballgame weekends & girl friend getaways. Large game room with a Pool & Foosball tables. Movie theater to watch your favorite movie, enjoy some popcorn and football game. With a private dock you will able to enjoy drinks and watch the sunset or take the kayaks out and enjoy the lake. Our unique space is on the only lake in the middle of Chapel Hill NC. 5 minute drive to downtown Chapel Hill or our local University Mall with a brand new dinner theater. 3 min drive to Franklin Street and Whole Foods. Beautiful home with relaxing areas throughout. Reading nooks or desks to get your work done.

The property was incredible! So spacious and clean, and in an incredible location. We loved the fully loaded kitchen, as we cooked several big meals used the kitchen and living room as our central gathering space. The host provided a tour and made us feel very welcomed!

We stayed 2 nights and the property was perfect! I wish we were staying longer but we were in town for a wedding. Several families fit comfortably, it was well appointed and beautiful! Owners were a pleasure! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area again!

This house was beautiful with a space for everything. Highlights include wild deer on the road, reading on the dock, and relaxing on the screened in porch. So peaceful and still a 5 min ride to UNC/ Chapel Hill. Awesome!

What an amazing home! Stayed with my entire family at this gorgeous lakefront property for my son's graduation from UNC! The home was perfectly appointed with every comfort possible, fantastic lake views, and amazingly luxurious beds! The entire house was SO pristinely clean! Impeccably Pristine Oasis
What an amazing home! Stayed with my entire family at this gorgeous lakefront property for my son's graduation from UNC! Lovely large lakehouse
We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is huge, with lots of amenities. The weather wasn’t great so we weren’t able to enjoy the firepit and kayaks and paddleboards but hope to come back again in warmer weather. Rooms are spacious with beautiful views.

Great place for us to get together for the rivalry basketball weekend. House Is beautiful and definitely as advertised! Will definitely stay again in the future.

Excellent lakeside retreat
Stayed here for Thanksgiving with family: loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and the (huge!) games room was a big hit.
Just one word of warning - the house is on three levels, so if anyone in your party has trouble with stairs, bear that in mind.
Already sad that this place is not available for our next scheduled trip to Chapel Hill!

Luxurious- glorious lake views, luxurious bedding-towels-robes-slippers, extra little touches, abundant room for all 11 family members, plenty of family competition for the games and the remote, and down time with s’mores by the fire pit. Exceeded expectations and helped make our stay memorable.

Wonderful weekend
We stayed here while in town to attend our daughter’s graduation from Duke. The house was very spacious, plenty of room for the entire family. Sherry was very responsive and easy to work with.

A most relaxing and beautiful Stay
Our family thoroughly our enjoyed our stay in this most beautiful and well-kept home in Chapel Hill which is situated on a tranquil lake.
We loved cooking together in the gorgeous kitchen, visiting by the fire pit, playing pool and paddle boarding on Sunday morning.
We are already thinking about our return visit!

Beautiful Getaway
I was absolutely in love with this house. The pictures online did not do it justice. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and had enough amenities for everyone. It was super clean and the host were extremely helpful and friendly. During my stay, i had guest over and they are also planning to book. I will definitely be back when I need to get away.

Beautiful lake house
We only stayed a short time at this house but it is lovely. Beautiful lakefront setting, if we had had more time we would have kayaked on the lake. House is in a nice neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown chapel hill which makes it convenient to explore Duke and UNC. House was clean and kids were excited about the pool table, movie room and Pac-Man video game!

wonderful place
We rented the entire house as VRBO and not a room in their B and B. The house is very large. The bedrooms make up only a third of the building so there is a lot of room to do things.
There is a large media room with a projector. It is a little tricky but we got it going fine. I am sure that they would walk you through it if you had problems.
This is living large! In a manner that we do not do normally. One thing we would have done would be to arrange to have bicycles delivered for us to ride around. It is a very nice neighborhood and everyone is working out. Running, biking, etc. Very safe for those activities.
The Paris room has no drapes so if you are light sensitive bring a blindfold to sleep in. Remainder of rooms have drapes.

Beautiful Location - Terrific Hosts!
I would recommend choosing this location for a work offsite or a personal retreat. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything and were super responsive at all points of the process. Our group hopes to return soon!10/10!

Spectacular Home!!
Such a beautiful house! It was just perfect for our college reunion. The house was immaculate and incredibly well-maintained. Nothing better than waking up to a phenomenal lake view. Would definitely stay there again. The owners are super nice and always available for questions and Sherry was there upon arrival to walk us through the house. Would highly recommend.

Above and Beyond!
The convenient location so close to downtown Chapel Hill was great for UNC Homecoming weekend - but in this AMAZING house on the beautiful lake made us feel like we were on a far away vacation! Sherry went above and beyond with all the special welcoming touches to make us comfortable- the comfy robes and slippers were a big favorite:) I can’t even begin to list everything that made it so fantastic - it was absolutely perfect for our group of couples wanting a fun reunion weekend in our old stomping grounds:) We hated to leave and are already discussing when we might be able to get back together to rent again!

Wedding weekend in Chapel Hill
This property is absolutely amazing. My family were down in NC for a wedding and this place did not disappoint. There were 10 of us and each had there own bedroom. Sherry, the owner was at the house to greet us and show us around and she was awesome. Top of the line appliances in the kitchen, views to die for and the location was perfect. Even the neighbors were very friendly. My wife and I went out for a run one morning and we saw a neighbor just starting his run as well so we asked for directions for the best 5 mile run. He started to show us and then just said 'c'mon, just run with me'. He showed us a beautiful path and made the workout fun and interesting.
Everything in this house including the owners are first class. The communication was always fast and seemless. My family is already asking if we have anymore events to attend down in NC (we live in NY) becasue they want to go back to spend more time at this resort. It really is perfect. We stayed in the 2nd weekend of October so the weather was just perfect. My brothers only comlaint was that he did not have a fishing rod as the bass were jumping out of the water when he went on his kayak ride. This is the type of place I would recommend to anyone. I already miss sitting on the screened in porch in the morning and drinking my coffee. Can't wait to go back. Thanks agains Sherry and David.

Football weekend couldn’t have been better
This was the perfect spot for a weekend with friends - the home was beautiful(as advertised) and the location relative to UNC campus was perfect. The hosts were most gracious, responsive and welcoming. We had a great experience and hope to get back again!

Beautiful and comfortable home!
We had 4 adults and 4 children in this beautiful house. The hosts were so generous to share their full pantry including, coffee, all condiments and so much more. We had lots of space to spread out and relax. There lake was quiet and the option to be out in the water in such heat was a nice addition.
The neighborhood was charming with wild deer in many of the lawns and we were a close car ride to whole foods, great restaurants and outings.
We loved the property and had a great time!

Fantastic Home!
From the fruit basket to the robes and slippers, this house has it all. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the back patio, or the screened in porch, or by the dock. Kayaks and Paddleboards are available for use on the idyllic lake. Plenty of room for large families to enjoy. I would definitely rent this home again!

Couldn't be Better!
We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. This B&B has it all: spacious, beautiful home, location on the lake, fantastic hosts, outdoor relaxation areas along with screened porch, recreation (pool table, paddle boarding on lake, etc.), and a grill that will cook anything in a hurry! House is very well equipped and views are fantastic. 3 bald eagles worked the lake in front of the house.

Beautiful setting on a gorgeous lake, plenty of room for 12 people
Cozy, with lots of room to spread out, views from lakeside are inspiring,outdoor sitting area very relaxing, beds were very comfy. Rented as a home away from home for a wedding and it was perfect. The wedding photographer took pre-wedding photos in the master bedroom and there were outstanding- Beautiful setting, beautiful light, wonderful weekend!

Great space for a family reunion!
My family and I came for a weekend to celebrate my grandmother's life. As a group of 15, this place was perfect - everyone had their own space and bed, but the common areas were great for spending as much time together as possible. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are gorgeous, there's a pool table and movie theater downstairs, there is lots of common area seating and the house has a great view of the lake. Sherry and David were very communicative, flexible and friendly. Thank you for helping to make this weekend an extra special one for my family!

Beautiful spacious home
We utilized this property in association with our Son's wedding in Chapel Hill. It worked perfectly for us. It provided great spaces to entertain and spend time with family and friends. The residence is well appointed and the view of the lake is beautiful Our family really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property.
