Gute Lage, schönes Hotel, super Personal

Die Lage, das Personal und die Hotelanlage waren sehr schön. Zwar etwas älter, aber sauber und sehr gepflegt. Direkt am Strand gelegen, Pool sehr groß und schön. Essen auch gut!

Preise im Hotel etwas überzogen, Teilweise das vierfache von Preisen in der Stadt. Das muss nicht sein.

Would visit again

I would recommend this exotic resort to everyone, as because it fulfills all your leisure requirements. Only thing I would suggest them, is to include Indian and Chinese cuisine in their menu

The property will serve all the best things for your need, only thing, we would suggest is to add few Indian dishes and Chinese dishes.

1. Terribly DIRTY ROOM (when we arrived at 3 pm and entered the room we found a lot of dust, hair everywhere and also (insect a grasshopper which was the least problem) 2. UNPROFESSIONAL staff (When I called reception and informed that the room is not clean they told me someone will come and inspect the room in 2 min, 5 min passed no one came and I called again Ahmad picked up and repeated the same that someone will come in 2 min I told him that it’s been 10 min since I hear 2 min and in response he RAISED HIS VOICE ! 3 TIME WASTED 1. after dirty room incident we wasted 1 hour to find another room running here and there instead of relaxing by the beach ..2 after we returned from the beach at 7 pm the room still wasn’t ready 2 beds were separated and toilet ríes as there is 1 person staying in room 4 DINING experience is very POOR No food servers at the beach and kitchen always closed La cucina restaurant is the only place where you can order food while you are at the pool waiter do not even bother to bring the menu!! self service in 5 stars hotel menu is simply overpriced specially for this terrible service- Best restaurants in Dubai cheaper 😀 Breakfast selection is ok but service as always terrible (requested a waited for milk and butter and she simply forgot 😅 after 10 min she came and asked if we ordered anything )

nice overnight stopover. limited location for a prolonged stay.

Pool and room. most the staff were lovely and very helpful.

food in Italian took a ridiculous time to come. was decent food but the wait was not acceptable at all. limited or no draft beer available. breakfast was ok. pool bar was not a swim up bar..

I am a frequent visitor to the hotel one of the best in UAE

the hotel building nearby the swimming pools and beach are very convenient, rooms style are very attractive , friendly staff and very diverse breakfast options,

breakfast dishes smell as if it was not washed properly, it reduced my appetite, electricity went out during the night and due to that I guess the hotel had to start a generator which was located behind my room it was a bit noisy

coming back in a couple of weeks!

the rooms are clean. the food is excellent. the staff are all super welcoming and friendly

the sunbeds on the beach side should be retired. it is on the pricey side. ideally 24 hour cancellation for weather reasons would be great

fantastic stay , great location , enjoyable Snorkeling, and very friendly staff.

second time Staying at Miramar , great location

Relaxing stay

+ Breakfast buffet + Quality of room interior (marble, etc) and of main hotel building + staff attitude, polite and smiling + wonderful & relaxing pool area + wifi

- tv channels inside room lack english cartoon options for kids and also lack business channels (Cnbc, bloomberg) - no Nespresso coffee machine (not a must but could have been there on a 5-star hotel) - more kids activities would have been welcomed (kids club is quite basic, Yulia was great by the way, thank you Yulia!)

Due to heavy rain, and the fact that I came with kids,I expected the indoor pool to be open, however they had issues with it and it was not working. When complaining about it to the staff they simply said it is due to rain and out of their hands. We expected to have some kind of compensation for it as we ended up paying for a 5 star hotel and staying in the room as there was nothing to do with the kids. then the next day we had an issue with the restauran that is located exactly at the beach. we ordered a simple cheese tomato and ham pizza repeating 5 times we don't want anything else on the pizza. 20 min later we get the pizza with chilli peppers and onions. As we don't eat that we politely remind the staff what we asked for and ask for a new pizza. after another 20 min we get the "new" pizza, however noticing that it is the same pizza and they only manually took out the chilli and the onion (not succesfully as there was still a lot left under the layer of ham).for a 5 start hotel and the prices they charge, this kind of service is extremely dissapointing.

Disappointing and declining quality . Better options around

We have been two times already here and we really like the beach . The team doing on valet parking are really nice.

This time we arrived during one of the rainiest days in UAE. Initially we wanted to cancel our stay but it wasn’t possible so we anyways arrived . As it was pouring rain and 13 degrees, we did not intend to spend time outside. During the check in I explicitly asked if the indoor pool is working and they reassured me that it is. Turns out that we were given false info and that they were putting some chemicals in it so it wasn’t usable . We came as a group of 5 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5, so I asked what could this “5 star hotel” offer to rectify this , as I could have stayed home since I can’t use any of their services. In real 5 star hotels they apologize and offer you some replacement or something extra . At MiraMar, a person called Enver who was introduced as a manager told us “well the swimming pool outside is open so you can swim there “. At 13 degrees with kids . I was shocked and really disappointed. Will not be coming back here again.
