Sehr Zentral gelegen. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkgarage hinter dem Hotel.
Es heißt Puppyfriendly jedoch darf man mit Hund nicht in den Frühstücksraum oder Restaurant. Gilt anscheinend überall in Griechenland.

We always choose this hotel when traveling to Athens with our car. They are one of few central hotels in Athens with their own underground garage. The rooftop terrace has one of the best views in Athens! Pleasant staff!
The neighborhood is bit run down but close to Plaka and Omonia.

The great location of the hotel. Absolutely walking distance from the Plaka area - which is the hub of the city centre and house to a lot of archaeological magnificence.
The room was microscopic. We took a reservation for a triple standard room. At the time check-in, we were informed that the room had been upgraded to a family room. However once we went inside the room, we realised that the room must have been not more than 10 - 15 sqm. No place to even open the suitcases.

Good but not great location. Appx. 15 min walk to Syntagma Square. Great view from the rooftop bar.
I never like leaving a bad review, but this one deserves it. First of all, this hotel needs a serious maintenance overhaul. Also, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. What bumps my score down additionally is that they charge for weighing your luggage, which I find extremely low for a 4-star hotel. Based on the above, I don’t see myself returning here.

Good location. Very nice and polite staff in reception.
Cleaning- I was surprised when I asked housekeeping when the room will be cleaned and I got the answer that cleaning is done at checkout. I stayed in the property for 3 nights and I did not have cleaning service, only bin taken, no sheets changed, no bathroom cleaning, nothing. Also, the cleaning is not as of 4 stars hotel standards.
Breakfast- I was informed that breakfast is opened until 11am, at 10:20 staff start taking the food, and 40 minutes past there is nothing else than coffee. Also, 40 past, the main door that gets from the buffet to the lounge is blocked by a table.
Maintenance- Room 117, where I stayed, door was very old, and very unpleasant looking. The wool in the room needed to be painted, on the corner, there the paint was peeling. Very unpleasant looking. Definitely not for 4 stars hotel.

This is a functional business/conference hotel, the buffet breakfast was adequate, very busy and crowded but food was ample. Our room was satisfactory, we stayed twice eight day apart our first room with Acropolis views was lovely, our second booking was a family room which was a good set up but in dire need of a renovation. the airconditioning leaked water onto the floor and the facilities were average. The view from the Rooftop restaurant was amazing but due to the heat the outside areas were uncomfortable to access, more shade would have helped
Getting a taxi was frustrating, there was one instance where we waited over 25 minutes and were late for our restaurant booking. A bit of love in this area would be appreciated by guests, I was never sure a taxi was actually going to turn up

It’s a large and safe hotel with a very functional lobby, elevators (not always a guarantee in Greece), a nice rooftop restaurant with a stunning view of the Acropolis.
This was my second time staying here in 5 years and the quality has severely decreased. The rooms (which were dated during my first trip) have not been updated, though the price has increased. The breakfast is much less impressive and the staff was unwelcoming (unlike during my last visit). The room was cramped, with side tables jammed in the wrong way and virtually no outlets visible. The AC was barely functioning. Really disappointing compared to my last stay.

The view from the 11th floor restaurant
Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable beds, shower heads spraying water everywhere.

I purchased a standard room and it was awful so old, ugly and creepy. The door would not unlock needed maintenance to get me into my room. Had to pay more money yo upgrade to a renovated room which was much nicer. Your site should explain the difference.

Location, view of the acropolis from the breakfast area. The lobby is probably the nicest part of this hotel.
Room was old and tired, bathroom was barely functional, shower head couldn’t be mounted and the drains in both the sink and bath were clogged.
Supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, however, it was clear others were smoking within the rooms surrounding us.
