Not expectacular, I stayed in a better hotel with a small fraction of the price

Too expensive for very ugly and small room, does not meet the 5 star quality of the hotel.

値は張るが大満足、ぜひまた利用したい。

スタッフの応対今回のシンガポール滞在で他のホテルにも宿泊したが、スタッフの対応が抜群に良かった。チェックイン待機時にこちらを退屈にさせないホスピタリティ(特に子供に対して)、屋上プールやルームサービスでの対応、どれも素晴らしいものだった。バルコニーからの眺めまずバルコニーの広さに感動。ガーデンズビューだったものの景観は良く、とくに夜景はとても綺麗だった。急遽予定を変更し、ディナーはルームサービスにしてしまったくらい素晴らしかった。とても満足している。

Toller Aufenthalt - besonderes Hotel

Besonders die Lage in der der Marina Bay war sehr toll sowie die Ausstattung des gebuchten Zimmers sowie das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass jeder in den Bereich der Lobby gehen kann und das MBS als ein touristischer Hot-Spot gilt. Hier hat man das Gefühl als würde man sich in einem Großbahnhof befinden.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Hindernissen! Es waren Renovierungsarbeiten mit sehr lautem Oresskufthammergeräuschrn ab 8:00 mor

Die Lage die Freundlichkeit des Personales und das Pool.

Die Unterkunft war ok. Aber über uns war im Tower 3 eine Baustelle . Die genannten es kann zu leichten Störungen kommen waren ein Horror. Von 9:30 bis Ca. 17:00 Bohrhammer in Working. Aufenthalt im Zimmer unerträglich . Bei unserer Beschwerde waren zwar alle erstaunt aber das er es auch schon. Dennoch ohne Baustelle Top!

Amazing stay on one of THE landmarks of Singapore

Main reason for staying was to get access to the guests-only skyscraper infinity pool. The pool is more than worth it for this but the rest of the facilities and room sizes/views deliver expectionally. The view of the Gardens by the Bay is magical. Incredibly easy to access everything you could need in the city from there.

Hight cost but it does deliver high levels of service/luxury.

Exceptional service , incredibile staff especially to Cath.She made our honeymoon so special

The property was excellent and i was Tower One recently renovated. It was exceptional easy to access everything.The lovely Host Cath , she had exceptional costumer service by helping and clarifying the whole procedure of our staying there

I wanna be honest that ive been in a lot of hotel around the world but I couldn’t find any defects about the property it was excellent.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt!

Ein unglaubliches Hotel, mit wunderschöner Architektur, tollen Lage und sehr freundlichen Personal. Der Service war unglaublich; weil wir nach unserem Flug aus Dt. bereits um 11 Uhr im Hotel waren und unser DZ um 15 Uhr noch nicht fertig war, haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen in die Premier Suite Sands mit Kingsize-Bett und Stadtblick- es war traumhaft, wir waren sprachlos über diese Aussicht .

Stunning place amazing pool , close to amazing gardens by the bay! in the bay

The rooftop is stunning views incredible. Staff very very friendly for such a huge hotel . Food I had at 2 restaurants excellent!

Sensacional em todos os sentidos.

Excelente em todos os sentidos.

Praticamente excelente em tudo. Apenas uma informação foi incorreta: o Concierge informou que eu teria taxis aguardando as 07:00 para ir ao aeroporto e não havia nenhum. Fui obrigado a esperar um taxi por meia hora.

La vue, la géolocalisation, taille de la chambre

Pas de lumière sur le balcon, trop d’attente pour le Check-in, l’hôtel paraît comme un centre commercial beaucoup de monde et pas accès à toutes les commodités bien qu’on soit client de l’hôtel (bar, boîte de nuit etc.).

Unforgettable experience!

Excellent facilities. Luxury from the moment you arrive - from concierge to check in, to bag delivery to your room, excellent views across Gardens by the Bay, amazing roof top pool (the main reason we booked), and huge and spacious rooms. Room service menu was great too and was set up like a romantic dinner for two.

It’s hard to fault this property but it would be great if the beds were softer. They were a bit too hard for my liking. If you added more incentives to stay longer we would have but price wasn’t cheaper to add extra nights.

Merece la fama que tiene. Un hotel caro, pero que vale la inversión, al ser una experiencia única. La piscina abierta hasta las 12 de la noche es algo increíblemente bueno y necesario

日本人からするとやはり宿泊費を高く感じるけど、体験できることはそれを上回ってると言えます。

なんといっても長めは良い。部屋はガーデン側を向いてましたが落ち着いた感じでよかったです。屋上のインフィニティープールにいけばマリーナベイの絶景があるし、ガーデン側も見れてワクワク感があります。以前にスカイデッキから見たことはありましたが、インフィニティープールから見るとまた違った感じがあるものだと思った次第。部屋も綺麗で、またベッド→バス→玄関→ベッドと回ることができたので、子供が喜んで回りまくってました。

日用品の買い物をするのに一苦労。１週間など滞在するならフラートンの方がいいかなぁ。

Toller Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist super und hat eine top Lage. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight des Aufenthaltes.

Sehr hochpreisige Cocktails am Pool und das Glas nur halb voll.

Unglaubliche Unterkunft, sollte man einmal gemacht haben!

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist fantastisch, genauso wie die Sicht auf Gardens by the Bay. Der Infinity Pool auf dem Dach hat uns beeindruckt.

Leider war unser Zimmer zum Check-in noch nicht fertig, auf Nachfrage haben wir dann ein Upgrade bekommen und durften uns über ein größeres Zimmer inkl. kleinem Balkon freuen.

We had a great time at Marina Bay Sands. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean and to a high standard. Our room was superb. Definitely recommend.

Marina Bay Sands is the heart and soul of Singapore.

The service is at the highest level. The staff makes sure that the guest feels special from the first moment. The relaxation area with rooftop pool is fantastic. Beautiful views on every side. It's great that even after check-out, the hotel allows you to store your luggage and provides a room for a shower before a late flight. Hotel Marina Bay is a unique place. Thank you very much for the wonderful service and birthday cake. We will definitely come back.

Massen-Luxus (positiv wie negativ)

Sehr spannende Architektur und Wahnsinns Bau. Im Marina Bay Sands kann man alles mögliche an Annehmlichkeiten erhalten, ohne das Gebäude verlassen zu müssen inkl. direktem Zugang zur Luxury Shopping Mall. Wir hatten eine fantastische Suite im Tower 2 mit direktem Blick auf Gardens by the Bay von wo aus wir das Lichterspektakel abends vom Fenster aus sehen konnten. Der Infinity Pool auf den Dach hat ebenfalls Spaß gemacht.

Das Marina Bay Sands ist ein Luxushotel mit ganz tollen Suiten. Gleichzeitig ist es mit über 2500 Zimmern auch ein „Massen-Luxushotel“ in welchem sich ganz viele Touristen für eine Nacht einbuchen. Das bedeutet, dass man - anderes als bei anderen 5 Sterne Hotels die ich bisher besucht habe - mit langen Wartezeiten rechnen muss. Sei es beim Check-in (der auch mal nach 15 Uhr erst möglich ist), beim Warten bis das Gepäck auf dem Zimmer ist oder wenn man sich Getränke & Essen auf das Zimmer bestellt.

A disappointing stay.. would not book this hotel again

The Lovo restuarant was amazing..Staff at tge restuarants brilliant..

The Music in the restaurants was much too loud and music choice was geared up for teenagers which spoilt the ambiance of the restaurants and the pool areas.. In addition the pool was open until late in the evening which meant that the floors were wet and slippery. Check in tomes took over 7 hours.. we were not offered anywhere to sit or a drink.. we had requested an early check in but this was completly ignored.. lots of other guests also had to wait.The first room we were given was undergoing major renovations and constant drilling noises were awful.. The room was changed eventually.. but staff didnot seem to care about its customers…
