Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Super Bett und unterschiedliche Kissen. Große Dusche und tolle Aussicht aus dem WC.

The hotel is located just at the exit of the Akihabara railway and subway station. It is in a lively area where you have no difficulties to find restaurants and shops. The lobby (a small one) is at the third floor while the rooms are all from the 4th to the 13th floor. Our room was of average dimension (not large) but comfortable enough for its amenities (not different from those offered by a four star hotel, among them a massage chair), very well lighted with its large windows. Having asked for a top floor room we enjoyed an incredible view on the city (the room overlooked the station but there was no noise with close windows).
The bathroom had a full size window (with a curtain) which let you be seen from the bedroom when having a shower. So a full privacy is not guaranteed and this could annoy someone.

I loved the location which is so close to Akihabara station and electric town.
The price is good , the staff are welcoming , the rooms are clean and daily housekeeping was very efficient .
The toiletries they provided were convenient .
The shower is amazing , hot and powerful.
Kettle in the room was great , and the massage chair was ok as an extra .
The rooms are small but I knew that going in .
Two of us shared , so you just have to open your suitcase on the bed and get out what you need then pack it up again as there isn't room to leave it open.

The location makes it easy to travel around Tokyo. Akihabara station is next door to the hotel and there are lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel has a laundry room and provides amenities at reception.
The room wasn’t very clean (marks on the wall, lots of dust, the shower glass looked like it wasn’t cleaned after the previous guest). Also, the room was extremely small and I struggled to open my medium sized suitcase.

Toplage im Herzen von Akihabara. Tolle Aussicht über Tokio. Das Bad war grosszügig und ebenfalls mit grossem Fenster versehen! Sehr heller Raum und sehr bequeme Matratzen!

Loved Loved Loved both the in room massage chair and the rainfall shower. It made relaxing after a long day of exploring and traveling sooo much easier. I'm personally a fan of the glass wall between the shower and bedroom making the room feel bigger than it was.
Nothing much really. Don't get me wrong it was a very clean room, but it did give the feeling that it's a more "used" hotel as some wear and tear is noticeable.

The room was very cozy (Economy double room) to stay in as a Single person. There is enough space to walk around the room/bed but that is it. No additional space to open a suitcase.
It had everything I needed as well as additional perks such as a large TV (with HDMI extender ready for my fire stick) and massage chair!
The shower has great pressure and was the largest over multiple hotels along the trip.
The fridge is also small but fits a few bottles and any snacks you want to keep down the following morning.
Rooms are very small, unsure how you could move around with two people in the room without jumping over the bed. But it's in the heart of Akihabara so what can you expect.

Special request has been satisfied and got good support from the hotel staff. The location is great. Many restaurants and shopping stores are around the hotel. Communication with staffs are very easy using English.
It would be nice if additional service such as reservation for the restaurant could be provided.

とにかく駅近で、移動と飲食には事欠かない。電気街にも近く、ホテル直下にコンビニと何かあっても付近で解決できる。出張時の利便性と安心感において最高。
朝食は価格に見合ってはいるのだが、WEBで見る写真のビジュアルが良いだけに、物足りない。
割と遅めの朝食だったのだが、先客の皿が片づけられていないテーブルが多すぎるのも残念だった。

-Awesome location, it's basically attached to JR Akihabara station
-Lots of food places nearby and a Lawson attached to the building
-Bottles of water were given daily!
-Smooth check in / out process (there is a kiosk but helpful staff also nearby)
-Small room (but probably average for Tokyo), can't really open two luggages and still walk in the room comfortably, but good enough

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Dirty room. Ripped carpet and curtains. Do not stay here. The location is not worth a horrific stay.

The hotel itself is really nice, just next to the Akihabara station. I was very satisfied with the hotel, except for the bed. I think, they modified the pictures of the room and the bed because actually, it has been much smaller than it is advertised. :-(

The location is good, right above the station in bustling Akihabara. Checkin and checkout times are generous.
It was GROSS. I stayed in this same hotel three years ago and it looked like it wasn't thoroughly cleaned since then... Toilet smelled, sink had disgusting corners, glass of the shower had calcium stains and hand prints... Seriously gross.

The massage chair and that rain shower was something that you will not experience at a different business hotel.
The bed was very comfortable, which you will surely have a good sleep.
The best thing is the access to the main street of Akihabara. It only takes 1-2 minutes to get to Akihabara Radio Kaikan.
If I had to write one, the garbage bag was slim and narrow, so I wanted the garage bag to have more width.
