Location is great with everything on your doorstep.
friendliness of staff.
Cleaning was about 5 times in a week. It was nice to have a made bed to get into
The pool is kept clean and the garden is beautifully maintained
They said we could stay until our flight in the afternoon as the room wasn't going to be occupied so it meant we didn't have to rush.
People living there were friendly and apart from drilling and buses passing everything remained peaceful even though it's in a built up area.
Think they were fixing things as loud drilling.
3rd time here and have enjoyed our stays. We did enjoy this time but the whole place is looking a little tired with the building. Needs a paint.
We didn't stay in the apartment that we had before. This balcony was half the size, lacking utensils in the kitchen. Lots of ants even though we tried to keep everything in the fridge, maybe they could put a sealed box or something to put the bread in so to keep the ants at bay.

Clean.
Large apartment with a very large balcony which creates lots of sunlight into the apartment.
Kitchen and utensils were fine.
Quiet and peaceful.
Near restaurants, shops, seaside promenade, beach and public transport.
Helpful and kind hosts/staff.
Easy check in and check out.

Walking distance to the nightlife.

A little dated, circa 1980s.which is very common in Playa del Ingles.
(This was not a problem for me)

- good communication by bus from apartment to rhe other part of island (Las Palmas, Puerto Mogan, Faro Maspalomas). Few bus stations are located about 50-100 meters from apartment

The apartment was very vice and comfortable. Cleaned and beds made every day except Wednesday and Thursday, which presumably was their day off. Manuel the maintenance manager was very helpful and friendly.
The pool area was very clean and peaceful.

The location. Walking distance to literally everything. I wish we had air conditioning. The ceiling fan was very noisy and unusable but we bought a small cheap usb fan and it was just fine. The first nights were very hot. Except this, it was excellent :) Amazing communication with everyone before and during our stay. safety barrier around the swimmingpool, ground floor so 5 steps from it, super quiet residence.

The apartment was well stocked with crockery and cutlery. It was located moments from the main bus terminal to other areas of the island. The nearest beach was close by, but was accessible by quite a few steps. The main beach of Play el Ingles was easy to reach in about 15/20 minutes walking. The nearest supermarket was rosy the corner along with a few bars and restaurants. The pool area was nicely laid out and very well maintained. With trees to provide shelter, but still allowed plenty fo sun.
My only problem is that there was no air conditioning. The bedroom had a fan, but didn't provide enough circulation, so that I had to open the door.

The personnel was very helpful and friendly, 2 minutes to the beach, very clean, cosy garden, comfy beds, enough hot water everything working well and everything we needed was there.
The WIFI was very slow and some of the decoration not really our taste.

My second stay here.
The beach is 50m down quite a few steps with restaurants and shops close by.
Nice to have a cleaner, with beds made daily and fresh bath towels. She was always very cheerful
The groundsman/manager was out first thing cleaning the pool, maintaining the garden or helping guests. Very kind and pleasant
Bus park and taxi rank also 50m away to get to aqualand or lots of other destinations.
Thankyou for a lovely week of relaxation.
The road can get noisy during day and early evening but didn't effect our holiday too much.
Maybe could so with a little TLC in places but very good value for money.

The property was cleaned every day while i was on the beach unless i specified not to clean it on the day. Close to the beach, shops. The pool area was very clean and peaceful. I just loved everything about it.

Super clean, nice and helpful staff. Clean pool and pool area. Peaceful apartments, fully equipt. Super location, mall with restaurants 20mts, beach 50mts. Own big balcony, with a beatiful view on too floor. no noice at night. We stayed with 2 early teens. Grocery store just around the corner. About 15 to 20 mins walk to Maspalomas dunes. There's also parking space on the street. During day time it might be crowded but we found a spot everyday. It costs between 10 AM to 9 PM. We stayed for 6 days and cleaning was during 5 days. Just absolutely loved this place.
For some people missing elevator might be an issue.
