Location
No hot water to bathe, they came to my room 3 times and still no hot water. Breakfast is a challenge, we got there 9:00 am and no fruits, very little seating in dining room.

Breakfast is very limited, if you don’t get there early enough, you don’t eat fruit, the drinks did you order at the bar are horrible, they need to find a bartender that knows how to mix drinks , also, you cannot order a drink of scotch, you have to buy a whole bottle 🤔

Clean facility with an incredibly polite friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool. Rate includes a breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order. Convenient location just a half block of Carrera 33.

They are remodeling some
rooms on multiple floors. So it was a bit noisy starting at 8am.
But that’s obviously a temporary situation.

The room was so comfortable and clean. The space in the room was enough. The temperature in the room was perfect. The breakfast was so delicious, and there was a big variety of options.
The parking slots are limited.

Comfortable and sound-proofing was welcome. Good value for money. Convenient location with good food options around.
Staff were mostly friendly but one or two at the reception could be more welcoming.

There were some noises during the night because the hotel is close to a disco....

Excellent room which was almost a suite, on two levels with a balcony and sitting area outside.. The breakfast was excellent, and varied, being different every day. The swimming pool wasan added bonus.
