Hotel personnel was kind, nice and service exceeds any std
They offer a room with bathtub and they did not. Hotel requires maintenance in room and another facilities

if you are going to Duitama I wouldn't stay there. It's just 15 mins from the city but taxis take time to arrive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful place and will return when in the area.
The breakfast menu was the same every day, they could try to offer more options or vary the days. The pool opened at 10am. I would have liked to be able to swim at 6 or 7 am before breakfast.
