SON ESTAFADORES. Nos cobraron de más y además me clonaron la tarjeta de crédito. Repito, son estafadores, ya estoy procesando la denuncia correspondiente. ESTAFADORES.

No desayuné. Ya que a la hora que partimos no estaba habilitado.
No había agua caliente. Me tuve que bañar con agua fría. El spa y el gimnasio muy limitado. El sauna le faltaba temperatura .

El desayuno se paga aparte y estaba todo frío (café, huevos)

En un hotel cuatro estrellas, no tenía agua caliente. Nunca lo solucionaron. El desayuno buffet es muy poco variado. La habitación estaba un poco sucia y muy chica. Mal aislado acústicamente (las paredes eran placas de yeso y se escuchaban las otras habitaciones). Las toallas era feas, sucias y poco absorbentes.

Tenia la manija de la canilla (ducha) floja, se desarmaba, se pudo usar igual.

El personal estuvo al borde de generar un fraude😡
En el ingreso ,nos quisieron cobrar de más , le tomaron la tarjeta de crédito a mi amigo y le imputaron un cupon con un monto muy superior al que correspondía.
Llamamos al gerente y no podían explicar lo sucedido , sacamos fotos de todos los cupones y documentamos todo!!
