Assalto turístico (burla ao mais alto nível balinense)

0 resort não reúne qualquer tipo de condições para estar aberto ao público. Cheguei a receção para fazer o check-in e o funcionário nem ao quarto levou as malas nem se dignou a informar onde se encontrava o mesmo quando a booking tem como qualificado 4 estrelas. Insatisfeito pedi a devolução do valor foi- me recusado. Quarto escuro, sacos nas gavetas doutros hóspedes, tomadas fora da parede falta de iluminação quarto demasiado escuro. Quarto de banho com tampa da sanita ressequida suporte de papel higiénico cheio de bolor da humidade. Para ficar melhor a estadia deparo me com um deck a cobrir a piscina com tábuas todas levantadas e demasiados pregos a saltar. Para que não bastasse um lago coberto de lodo e agua completamente podre onde ainda andam algumas carpas. Falta de produtos de higiene pessoal, tais como shampo, gel de mãos e banho. Ainda por cima falta de água na hora do banho ao qual nos mandaram esperar mais de 30m sem qualquer justificação.Indescritível como pode a booking permitir que alojamentos como este de tao ma qualidade fazendo se passar por 4 estrelas e nem 1 valha. No Google as fotos são de um turista se apaixonar mas a realidade no local e devastadora. Ao ponto de ter que me deslocar donde estou hospedado para tomar o pequeno almoço no restaurante do lado que é tudo muito SUjO, é desumano e perigoso para a saúde pública. Nada corresponde a realidade.

It needs to be advertised that the resort is next to Jump Rabbit beach club w loud DJ all day long

The staff were nice and they tried to help.

FRii Resort is next door/behind the Jump Rabbit beach club which is pumping loud party music all day long. The music is SO loud there is no escape and it doesn't stop until 10-11pm at night. And starts 10am in the morning. It's absolute madness. The pictures showing the pool is NOT FRii but in fact the beach club which you have partial access to. It's outrageous that the fact about the DJ/loud music/party all day was not advertised anywhere. We had no idea and we arrived to thumping non-stop music. We couldn't relax & we couldn't enjoy being at the beach in front because there was always the doof doof going on. We had our 2 small kids so it was really, really terrible.

Memorable, relaxing and stress free

We loved that we had our own bungalow style room with an outside bathroom which was beautifully decorated. It felt like a resort and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable with a huge bed. Fantastic location and amazing restaurant where we had our breakfast each morning. We would highly recommend you visit Rabbit Jump next door if you like a beach club with great music. We would definitely stay here again

The breakfast was amazing and the personal was a 100000/10

ALL! The room was beautiful, the personal better. But the breakfast was the best!!! Good toilet and shower, good AC

Anything, the only exception was the TV it doesn’t work during our stay, probably if we ask to the personal they could fix it but not was too important.

The room is big with Aircon

None of the amenities mentioned while booking were available. Basic toiletries were not provided even after asking for it multiple times. Nothing like the photos.. Pool is outside the property. No room service. No phone to call them. Sink was getting blocked all the time. The restaurant attached is very expensive.. 50k extra just for tax. Property not well mantained. Its on the other side of the island which is not walkable. Not worth the money.

The hotel is not worth its money

- Very dark room, sunlight does not enter the room at all, the lighting is terrible. - A lot of mosquitoes that get into the room through some cracks. We could not sleep at night because we were bitten by mosquitoes. We asked for mosquito repellent at the reception, but we were not provided with it. We bought mosquito repellent ourselves on the second day of our stay. - Construction at 11:00 p.m. It was strange to hear this at such a late hour. - When I went to get the towel, I met the owner or maybe someone from senior management standing behind the counter in the kitchen. I said hello, but in return I received a judgmental look and a barely spoken greeting.

Thank you for the amazing stay .

The staff and the bungalow were amazing exeeded my expectations.

The bungalow needs a stronger AC unit to cool the area in an energy efficient way otherwise you have to keep it working all day for the room to be cool, even the staff leaves the AC on all the time for the guest to find the room agreeable , it is not what our environment needs at this critical times.

Not much, bed was nice.

Staff stole me things from my both room. Watch out! Tv don't work so no t.v. The blinds for lights are not 100 well placed or broken and lights come in the room at 5.30am. No pool at the property, you have to use the one from a beach club next to it so noisy and not private at all. Everyone can come in and distroy your peace. Super far away from center, 30 min riding bike, Google maps says less 700m that the real location. Prepare for workout.

Lonely and comfortable though the services not upto mark at all.

So I was charged extra for the breakfast (which wasn't required) because of the language barrier. They. hardly had staff with good English speaking skills.

There were quite a lot of things which I did not like. There was water issue every morning. No water for drinking was replenished and no water for bath and using the toilet was there early in the morning. It was such a terrible Experience. Imagine a resort which is beautiful to stay, has no water running in the bathroom right in the morning. It's such a sad situation to be in. Also there was no room service. For drinking water I had to go to the reception every time, food could not be delivered to the room and so on. I would say the room was bad - they were comfortable and nicely cleaned but the services was not up to the mark as charged.

No hairdryer, pool was outside of the property and in a restaurant. Only one shower gel provided and nothing for handwash. Had to keep taking it from one place to another. Breakfast was very poor.

Great location for Sunsets

Staff did not have a clue what they were at. No management at the hotel. Could not eat the breakfast paid for- it was cold when it came out and tasted horrible. Nearly all restaurant staff were in training and didn’t know what to do or how to do simple jobs. Ants all over the bedroom which got into our cases and clothes etc.

Pleasant

Quiet area of the island. Beach front and impossible view on Bali. Staff is super helpful and kind! After changing room standard to higher stay was amazing.

When I booked regular room-cheapest option it didn't have hot water, was super noisy bcs of construction in neighborhood and was super dark. Happily I got upgrade and experience changed totally. So I would recommend to be careful with the offer rooms.

Exceptional

The Location, the Flair and the People were amazing. Very nice little houses with super beach and chill music, good vibes to relax! You can also play Volleyball there! People were always very friendly. Doni from the Staff is very caring and supportive and helps you out in any Situation! The Stuff in general is so nice, offer you a free ride to get some dinner late at night. Thank you so much! Everytime again :)

Good located . On the quiet side of gili T. Room was big and aircon was strong.

Bathroom in our room was alittle warned out . Toilet seat was unbalanced eveytime you sit down.. and the sink area was alittle dirty. The toilet had a stinky smell and ants was everywhere by the sink . Pool was out of service which they didn't put on their site to let guest know . Walking to the rooms there was alot of work being done ..some rubbish on the lawns ..the backyard area just looks unkept and unpleasant for the eye.. especially for a resort..

amazing sunsets, property is white sand beach adjacent.

right on the beach. cycle rent shop is next door. huge property. pool n restaurant is next door in same property.

WiFi sucked. breakfast was 🫤 the property was on the other side(away from most pubs n cafés) of the island.

the location of this resort is pretty convenient, right away from the busy side of Gilli but really close to it at the same time. On the street right outside the hotel there’s plenty of restaurants, located right on the beach. The area is really quiet and gives you that kind of holiday and peaceful vibes. Also a few free outdoor cinema are located on thi side. I definitely prefer this side of the island, especially for the amazing sunsets. For the price the Resort is really good; rooms are spacious, clean and modern. the staff here is very very friendly, I would definitely recommend FRii!
