Great stay, just a little rough around the edges. But still worth it!

Great hotel with supportive staff, dog friendly, loads of birds and cats around. The bathroom is just as big as the room, and no insect problem inside at all. The room however does have AC related issues in peak noon heat due to monsoon cover put on top of the tents. Expect to sweat bricks in the room from 1pm to 4pm during Summers and heat, if you didn't have plans to head out. The hotel has a few rules around not eating food inside the tent, so if you're scared of insects you might not have the best experience eating outside the tent. We had no problem around this though. The location of the hotel is superb as well, with great access to the calmer side of alibaug. Best to come here via your own vehicle! Not more than 20 minutes away from RoRo.

The hotel required pre-payment, and the coordination process was chaotic. I had 2 WhatsApp numbers (plus in app messages from the property) message me saying my stay is cancelled because of not paying the 50% advance via bank transfer, when I had already sent a screenshot of the payment to a third number that WhatsApped me earlier. Had a little bit of anxiety thinking my stay wasn't confirmed despite making payment, till I didn't reach the resort.

The entire environment around is so serene , neat and clean

the Wi-Fi connection this was the only problem at the property though they have three Wi-Fi zones unfortunately that particular none would get connected must be one of those bad days

It’s was really good and comfortable stay

The aura is extremely amazing! The place was quite peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. It was an unique place for sure!

The security can be improved. The tents especially needs to be more secured.

TERRIBLE stay.. RUINED my birthday.!!

The breakfast was fine .

I went there to celebrate my birthday..and totally regretted it..The staff was sullen and rude. A RAT came into our room in The night and we had to find the guard who said that the staff hadn't put the rat repellent.such a careless attitude... We asked staff for water, she showed me the dispenser and said fill it up yourself. The place looks like it is being run by disinterested people.our room had mosquitoes and no repellent in the room.and nowhere it was written or we were told that be careful of mice. The owner was totally oblivious to our situation. Some people had eaten dinner in the outside lounge area and when we went at 1am to call the guard. We saw that the entire leftover dinner and dirty plates were lying there and had not been cleaned up.. that's so hygienic. The staff also mislead us by telling us that dinner can only be ordered till 7 pm. And nowhere in the booking is it mentioned that you can't order outside food or that you can't eat the food in room.which should be mentioned to the guest prior to booking. We had a terrible stay..

I was experienced electric shock from gieser pipeline. Li Small frog in room No a/c was working in day time this was not intimated in booking time. This ac problem intimated when we reached site. This is too unfair. The water boiling kettle was not working. Really pathetic.

the staff was hospitable.. the property was very good and hygienic the aromas in the room were really good

Food was highly okay also the concept of charging 350 per person if we order in from outside is also not an acceptable logic since we didn’t enjoy the food there
