The pool .. and great staff

Lights could be turn off a little earlier

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lack of any room amenities: towels, extra blanket, extra pillows, soap, etc. Also the lock on the outer door was very flimsy. I put the coat rack in front of the door in case someone tried to open door in the night.

pool in the morning was late since check out is at 12pm

Very clean and spacious rooms, with tv, small swimming pool with really warm water! 5 min walk to the malecon. Staff very friendly and nice breakfast with more options.

The pool was a nice feature and the included breakfast was great.

The hotel pillows were very small, uncomfortable and only 2 for a king size bed, no extra blankets or pillows, few blocks from the beach. I'd prefer staying closer to the beach or on the beach next time.

Clean large rooms. Friendly staff. Heated pool and hot tub.

Not on beach. Town has tons of wild dogs barking all night.

Overall I am happy with AC, firm comfy beds, good pillows (memory foam) , big flat tv, extra beds(mattress part) Also I enjoyed the hot tub and the pool in the evening because the water was warm.

Customer service was poor and some of the rooms need work, like adding hangers, places to put soap and toothbrushes. Some of the rooms don't have mosquito nets and cockroaches get in
