Location is near beach
very run down, nothing like the pics and extreemly noisy aircon.

Angol its the best quiet and relax place
The owner's attitude was not nice. she was very rude to me even before I checked in and there she treated me like I was a criminal and not a guest. I'm giving it a nice rating in consideration of the rest of the staff who were polite and kind.

The location cleanliness and quiet
Lavatory no bidet, sink too high and small.

Breakfast not included, although we were aware that this was situated in Angol beach, the walk to Stations 1 2 and 3 was a challenge. We enjoyed the exercise though. We brought our work so the surrounding was relatively peaceful. The internet connection was also superb. There were nearby sari sari stores.
We felt that the owners were arrogant , It seemed that this was a FOREIGNERS ONLY HOTEL . We felt like an outcast. I would like to commend the "ate" who cleaned our rooms every day with a smile. She was awesome.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The place is beachfront which was convenient.
Its reltively far from most of the Boracat stablishments. And there is no service water for customers.

Walking distance from the sea shore.
Not to much people its like you are in a private beach its quiet , but pleasant ,very good for tourist who wants peace of soroundings.
At the end of station 3 in the afternoon low tide you can see the rock formation but be careful not to go to far.
The room aircondition must be replaced its noisy.
And the television has a poor reception..

The location is ideal if you want a peaceful stay in Boracay. It is located in Station 3, thus next to Station 2, minutes-walk to D'Mall. The property is located in the front beach and is value for money. Ideal for groups. The Lady from Iloilo City who was the Front Desk Attendant during that day was nice, friendly and charming. She seems to be good in dealing with guests and people in general. She gave me hot water for my coffee and had a little chitchat. It made the whole experience well-spent.

If you like a more quiet, homey yet relaxing vibe, then Sundown Resort is the place to go! With its approachable and accommodating staff, we didn't regret checking in on this place. :-)

I like the location. It’s beach front and the area has really good smart signal for working remotely. The ladies at the front office are also accommodating to our requests.
