Parfait pour un séjour à Rennes. Tout comfort

La facilité pour accéder à l’appartement, l’emplacement dans un quartier vivant, transports en commun à côté, propriétaire facile à joindre et réactif, la propreté de l’appartement et la décoration. Lit très confortable. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans l’immeuble sur réservation!

Truly comfortable

Extraordinary, totally figured out property. Compact efficient kitchenette, super comfortable bed,outlets and shelves where one needs them. Pleasant calming decor, super quiet. pleasant well designed bathroom with immediate hot water, shower one of the best on our trip. And just 3-5 minute walk to the train. Valerie our host was amazing. We will likely stay here again; highly recommend.

Rooms in refurbished old building.

Located in a quiet street, close to the railway station and not far from the city centre. Plenty of good restaurants nearby or with a 15-minutes walk. Rooms are inside an old 3-storey building recently restored and refurbished, with a small garden to hang out in nice weather. Rooms are small (little space for luggage) but well equipped: comfortable bed, individual heating, tiny kitchen, and small bathroom. You may order breakfast for delivery in your room or simply walk around where there are plenty of good places to have breakfast or a meal. Free WiFi works well. Even if check-in and check-out are automatic (you receive a code for door access) in case of need you can contact real people that will help (for me, it was the need to leave luggage in a safe place until late in the evening).

Not a negative point for me, but note that there is no lift and the staircase to the upper floors is a spiral one, so if you travel with heavy luggage or have problems climbing stairs, then ask for a room on the ground floor.

The hosts pay a lot of attention to the cleanness of the facility, everything was looking perfect. The room is also equipped with all the needed facilities.

The only inconvenience is that the windows open towards the inside garden so everyone that passes can see in the room if the blinds are not closed. In summer the room might also get a bit to warm.

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Instructions were perfect. Loved the hotel. Close to the station. Near restaurants and a reasonable walk to the city centre. Liked the outdoor sitting area for smoking.

Two pillows would have been good.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Free WiFi and central location.

Odd layout; since the loo is downstairs there really needs to be a sink in the downstairs loo too. There is sufficient space for one.

No fuss apartment near Rennes train station perfect for a city trip

Very good location, well equipped in room kitchen (I could actually make an omlette breakfast), building with a character

A double bed with one duvet only is a guarantee for an unpleasant sleep. Also, plants in the balcony were made out of plastic which is bellow the level of the place

Highly recommended, we'd book again when we are in Rennes.

Great location, clean, hassle free check in/check out.

The parking entrance is a bit narrow for a lot of cars but if you are renting a car from the train station you can probably park it overnight for free at the rental parking, just ask them. Another option is to use the paid parking at the train station, rates are not too bad if you park during the night (and leave early next morning).

Beautiful apartment equipped with everything you may need. Ideal for 1-2 nights stay.

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated. Our room was at ground floor and included a nice outside "patio" with table and chairs. Room was very clean and equipped with everything you may need (towels, hairdryer, kitchen appliances and dishes...). Convenient entrance with a code. Building is located in a quiet street, 3min walk from train station and 5-10min walk from city center.

The only downside would be that room is very tiny, but for 1-2 nights stay it´s not such an issue. We didn´t have a car but parking could be complicated.

Nice and beautiful place, friendly staff, but needs a few improvements.

Very near to the station. Staff is very friendly, you cannot complain. The place looks nice. Since our train departed late, we asked if we could leave our luggage there after checkout since there is no place to lock your luggage at Rennes Train Station. And the beginning they said no, but after some time they found a solution. Kudos for trying to help the guests.

A simple ventilator costs today around 30€. They don't provide any, therefore in warm days, it is very difficult to sleep. The bathroom had no window, it turns into a sauna and you cannot sleep with open windows since every other guest has to pass through your varanda (unless you get the last room) to reach their room and can see you sleeping or even enter. We asked for a ventilator and our request was not fullfilled. I told them we got just one pair of towels ( a small one and a big one) and that we are two people, but we didn't receive an answer or a second pair of towels.

Good place, could do better with customer assistance, but we were lucky.

The room size (23m2) was perfect, the apartment was well furnished and well located (walking distance to the train and metro station). It was also well cleaned.

Before booking I read some comments about not being able to get the keys and that is what worried me the most. I would say we were very lucky but only because we got there right at 16:00. Our door didn't open with the code (technical problem) and a very nice lady helped us with the keys. However before she came I called the number you receive per SMS and no-one answered (as other comments pointed out). I can imagine if there wouldn't have been anyone there I would be writing a very different comment. She also told us a technician would come the same day or the day after. However no-one came.
