About this condo rental
Welcome to Maravilla, Building 3. Come share our piece of “Paradise”!…. We would love to share our home with you! It sleeps six comfortably, two bedrooms and two baths with a sleeper sofa. There is a large flatscreen TV in the living room for movie night. If you don’t all agree with the movie selection or want some alone time we provide TVs in each of the bedrooms. Feel like surfing the internet? FREE WIFI is provided. There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious meals. Feel like eating out? There are wonderful restaurants in walking distance that we would be glad to recommend. We have a washer/dryer in the unit to use at your convenience. RELAX on your private balcony with a Gulf View (where we love to have our morning coffee). Come stay with us and all you need to pack is your bathing suit and toothbrush. We provide start up supplies which include, bath and dish soap, Keurig coffee cups, paper products etc…. We LOVE Maravilla for all its great amenities, you will too! There are 2 pools and a hot tub, one pool heated seasonally and the other overlooks the Gulf. Tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball and a fitness room in the club house. There are grills available throughout the grounds for your use. A short stroll leads you to our private gated white sand beach entrance. We include a special BONUS for our guests, four beach chairs and two umbrellas reserved just for you from mid-March thru October... It’s a $400 value! We are conveniently located near all of your vacation needs such as, groceries stores, restaurants, bike rentals, parasailing, jet ski, water parks, great fishing the actives are endless. If you are like me and love “shopping!!”, Destin is world class with Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Commons and Bass Pro Shop … all are just a short drive away. THIS IS THE PERFECT GETAWAY FOR FAMILIES/COUPLES OR A GIRL TRIP Must be 25+ to rent. NO vacationing students. $400 Reservation/Damage Deposit is required at time of booking. Remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full amount due if booking within 30 days A little about us... we absolutely love the Destin area, it holds a special place in our hearts. This is where we chose to have our wedding. In fact, we rented a vacation home for our wedding so our family could stay and enjoy the beach with us. We are blessed to have traveled extensively and have seen many beautiful places, but we always go back to the Destin! It is our favorite place by far! If you never experienced The Emerald Coast please come see why it is called a piece of PARADISE!!

Condo was very nice, location was great, wasn’t gulf front but it still had a great view. Loved the patio, and everything was nice and clean. Beach service was great!! Owner was very nice and helpful, even let us in a little earlier, that was so nice since this was a shorter trip than we normally take. We will definitely consider staying here again

Super cute, clean, and so close to the beach! Fit all seven of us very comfortably (5 adults, 2 young kids). Jackie responds immediately to every message, and is so helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-stocked with everything from dishes to beach toys and tubes. I especially appreciated that the mattresses were not only comfortable, but also encased for both allergies and cleanliness. The balcony provided a nice view for fireworks and a perfect spot for an afternoon card game. The pool was perfect for children with varying depths. Quick access to the beach and shower made navigation easy. The included beach service with chairs and umbrellas was the icing on the cake! The private beach was never crowded and few people were there in the mornings. Pompano Joe’s is a short walk away and was our favorite! Pascalli Kitchen is also within walking distance and was yummy too! Get the beignets! Many restaurants, outdoor shopping malls, and outlets are nearby. Jackie, our host, was incredibly kind and hospitable. This has been our best VRBO/rental experience yet!

We loved everything about this property! We’ve stayed in vrbo’s for years and this is the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It was so nice after a long drive to come into a clean and cool home. Everything worked great! The kitchen was very well stocked. There were tons of utensils. Dishwashing and laundry soap starter portions. Coffee for the Keurig. Washer and dryer in the unit was so nice to have and a vacuum. I hate having to deal with all of the sand all week so having access to a vacuum was a plus. There is an ice machine on site to purchase extra ice for your cooler. Restaurants within walking distances. The owner was so kind and reached out to check in on us a couple of times through the week. The balcony was spacious and we spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings just sitting out and looking at the ocean and people watching. I’m sure that I’m probably forgetting something, but overall, it was really the perfect place. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

This is a great property for a group of 4-6. Perfect location with a view of the gulf. Short walk to the private beach. Complimentary set of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up already set on the beach is the best perk!! Our family enjoyed our stay.

My family had a wonderful time at Jackie’s place! Super clean and convenient to everything! The beach was just steps away and the chairs set up for us at the beach was amazing! We loved the view from the balcony every morning and evening with our cups of coffee! We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the pool access was nice too! We hope to return soon!! The condo was so clean! I’m weird about where I sleep and it was comfortable, clean and very convenient. We had a little trouble finding the building/unit, as they are not clearly marked/visible from the vehicle (we arrived at night), but no fault to the owners. A picture diagram may be helpful to others. The beach chairs and umbrella were great! We didn’t have to lug our chairs and umbrella with us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had the absolute Gurls Getaway! The condo was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! The bathrooms were clean and had travel necessities along with the cleanest white towels! The short walk to the beach had private access and chairs and an umbrella set up on the sandy white beach for us every day! The Condo was gated and felt safe! We rented bikes that were delivered to the condo that we rode to stores, the coffee shop, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Jackie sent us a welcome text and responded quickly answering any and all questions we had!

My Husband and I have stayed in Maravilla for 6 years. We did a couple trip this time for our 10 year anniversary. By far the best condo we have stayed in. Jackie was amazing. We will 100% be renting this condo again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice, clean and stocked well with needed linens. Owner was excellent to work with and very quick to respond to messages. The walk across to the beach was easily accessible. The complex is in a good convenient location, not far from many restaurants and shops. Will definitely be returning hopefully soon.

The location was great! Great view of the beach from our balcony and very short walk to get there. The 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas were a huge bonus. Jackie was a fantastic host and very quick to communicate. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect location right next to the beach. There was plenty of room for us. Very clean and comfortable. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Woke up every morning and had coffee as the sun came up. Having private beach access umbrellas and chairs was so convenient. Can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic Stay
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in/out very easy. Easy access to beach and other units that family were staying. Weather did not cooperate but lots to do locally to keep grandkids busy. Would definitely recommend
