Double booked our room. We ended up moving to another hotel.

The breakfast was okay only changed up for the weekend It had an egg bay but precooked everything Staff were friendly the reception staff exceptional and the cleaning team were fantastic

I booked with the impression there was a pool Also bicycling along the Mekong Unfortunately I had to go to a different hotel to hire a bike and the pool didn’t exist It was a bit far from the night market unless you have your own transport Tuk tuks and taxis available The restaurant through the tunnel and coffee place are both fantastic

Lovely view. Nicest rooms.

The bed sheets were dirty and we asked for them to be changed but reception advise there were no one around to change the bedsheets at around 7-8pm. The room was full of ants every where on the bed in the bedsheets and we could not sleep all night because the ants just keep coming every where in the room on benches bath room benches and on the bed. It wasn't very pleasant to stay here at all even though it was a nice location by the river. We advise reception and nothing could be done about it. All we got was an apologied my word of mouth.
