Perfect location. Within walking distance to El Arenal beach (5 min) and all restaurants. Very near (200 meters) to a local supermarket. The apartment has all required facilities with a fully equipped kitchen, two good bathrooms (one on suite) with large and comfy showers. All with a modern look and perfectly clean. All in all , a great location and a perfect apartment that exceeded our expectations.

The garage parking slot is a bit tight. With my car , an SUV, it wasn't easy. Would have had a very hard time if there was another car in the slot near to the one I was parking. However there is plenty of parking place (free) by the apartments building. Had no problems to find and park in front of the main entrance.
