Absolutely fabulous, will be returning!

Bed extremely comfortable, facilities clean, shower perfect. Very private, Pool superb and view out of this world!

Tiny tiny improvement with road into the house would help (very steep and rough road) but a MINOR issue - in a way adds to the experience as incredible views! ;-)

Very good

The location was perfect. Very quiet but still not far from a good choice of restaurants, supermarkets nearby and nice towns like Cortona or Perugia can be joined in less than half an hour. The view on the Lake Trasimeno is just amazing. The garden is very well maintained and surrounded by Olive trees. Giulio is an exceptional host , caring and attentive to our requests.
