I LOVED this hotel. the staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing and the location ideal. really clean & well equipped. I wish I could have stayed longer.
I loved everything. the only thing that would have been better was if there was aircon - there was a fan which worked well but it was quite warm in the room still.

.Our stay at the Imperia Hotel was really great. The beds where very good, we had a lot towels and everything was very clean. The breakfast was a lot and really wonderfull with homemade cake and lots of other tasty food. The people of Imperia are so friendly and helpfull. We love to come back here en hate to go:(

Very friendly accommodating staff, beautiful location (we could see the sea from our balcony) with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants. Various activities nearby (paddle boarding, fishing, wine tasting, diving, snorkeling etc.). Bright and spacious rooms with lovely breakfast buffet.
No antimoschito gadgets but I bought Raid from the shop near the hotel. The hotel looked very clean but there was hair in the bathroom when we checked in. However, the staff was exceptionally helpful with everything.

Walls are really thin, the door is thin aswell, you can hear everything everywhere.
There was a leak in the shower, flooding the bathroom floor.

The breakfast in the garden was very beautiful and delicious. The staff were very very friendly!
The showerhead could be replaced, because the water were splashed everywhere but not on the body.

The atmosphere is truly pleasant and the staff extremely nice. Excellent value for money. Nice breakfast with home made crostata. I am coming back!

The location was great, staff was very friendly, our room was cleaned on a daily base, but there were quite a few things to improve on - we didn't understand how this hotel could get an 8,8 rating tbh...
Nobody was there when wanting to check in and we didn't get the complete set of keys so that we locked ourselves out of our room. The rooms were smaller than expected and the quality of the amenities was poor. The fridge and fan were loud which kept us up multiple times during the night. Breakfast was nice with lots of sweet treats, but we were missing somewhat more healthy options.
