The price of this hotel in very expensive city of Monaco (although not exactly in monaco , it is a few step away) is commendable. I am sure that during the summer the price will change but in Monaco hotels are expensive even during winter, and for ordinal people like myself, I appreciate a lot that there is a hotel like this of which the price is reasonable and that has a good standard in quality. It is old fashion type of hotel so the room is not plasticky, it was quite spacious and clean, there is a proper desk, working wifi, and if I remeber correctly there is a fridge as well. The bathroom was quite big. The price include breakfast. Near the train station, the staffs are friendly.

The hotel is close to the monaco railway station, but to go to the hotel, you have to climb the slope for 2-3 min so for someone with a big luggage and on foot, it can be a bit of hardship even if it is short distance. And if there were a tea and coffee maker in a room it would be perfect for me.

Bathroom had black mold everywhere and was falling apart. Roof top bar was closed. AC smelt of smoke

Old interior and a bit dirty room..

Pretty good breakfast, marvellous views from the free roof terrace. Good access to Monaco, buses and station. Price moderate and staff friendly and kind.

Guests would benefit if the staff were more knowledgeable about Beausoliel.

Honestly, the bathroom was a little dodge - the plastic on the taps was broken, the appliances were outdated and old. The towels smelled like vinegar. There wasn’t a duvet on the bed, just a sheet Nd brown blanket and I couldn’t get the window to close so it was cold in the room. The pillows were two rocks. I had a terrible night and just wouldn’t recommend. I’ve been traveling across France for two weeks living in single room, private bathroom rooms and this was by far the worst to date.

No parking nearby. if you are lucky to find a parking near hotel, if not must par far away on train station. No space even for luggage drop.

the place and the staff where just amazing and nicely, at the entrance you can leave your bags and the breakfast its great - you will receive a paper with multiple options for what to eat, when and where the room so clean and you can reach to the rooftop for a fantastic view. the location its on the border between France and Monaco so you can use it for a cheap parking place and at the same time to enjoy the city
