amazing location and really friendly staff. bed was really comfy.
The milk was over a month out of date so couldn’t have tea/coffee in the mornings.
Overall room was clean other than lots of dead fruit flies on the window

Then people who own the place are amazing and make you feel very welcome. The place is very pleasant and cozy. Clean enough for me , the only unpleasant think was that the first night we have no heating and was very cold, but I am sure if I was going to ask the lady she will switch on. Anyway definitely we will be back soon . Thank you very much

loved the location, not too close to all the madness but close enough, and across the street from the tram.
lovely clean rooms, comfortable beds and lovely breakfast
The bar only opens for a few hours and also closes really early but understand the reason as it’s a family hotel.

Everything from the moment we stepped inside, this is definately the best hotel in Blackpool. Kay and Adrian are the perfect hosts. Beautiful decor, spotless, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Location perfect, quiet, tram stop outside hotel, will defo be back. Thank You
