Some disappointment.

Hotel good value. Breakfast good. Clean and tidy. Bathroom too. Good bright and airy room.

Hotel surrounded by road works due to Council redevoloping area. Difficult for pedestrians to approach hotel and locate entrance. Lift wasn't working. Two flights of stairs with luggage late at night with an injured ankle wasnt fun. At Departure time I had to extend time due lift being out of use and walk to station difficult.

Good value but has its problems.

Clean room, Hotel very clean

Shower was broken, very poor pressure, not really a hot shower, Couldn't have a cup of coffee in the morning from the bar/restaurant as coffee machine was apparently broken.

Good

Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great

Car park not available although off site parking was offered. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever.....kids couldn't sleep on it so I ended up giving the double bed to them and trying to sleep on the sofa bed myself.

Great staff. Straight forward. Comfortable beds and city view.

The staff were exceptionally nice to us, as we had been displaced from an alternate site and needed late night accomodation. They were very welcoming and nice with my children.

Not A Great Stay, I won't stay there again...

The breakfast was ok and the shower was nice...

Blood stained pillow cases, dirty carpet left hand side, not hoovered under the curtains and sweet wrappers were found, holes in wall behind the TV, stain on bathroom sink area, nail cuttings just under the bed on the left hand side, worn out sofa bed cover, hard to operate TV when you first switch it on, no ironing board or iron.

Breakfast was very good and staff attentive. Room to social distance was important.

Having a couple of staff members enter our room without knocking and being in a location that made us uncomfortable when going out during evening. Only a select few staff wore masks.

Friendly staff, nice location

Bed was not made properly, sheets were small for the bed, so wouldn't even cover the all mattress. Flush in the toilet very very weak, so everytime I would go needed to flush it 3/4 times and no 'tool' to clean your toilet. Breakfast was very very limited, no healthy options and the scrambled eggs were so tasteless, it's like they used formula/powder instead of actual eggs. Definitely won't stay there again

The location.

Bed was very uncomfortable, no extra pillows, toilet won't flush had to go to lobby to use the toilet from the 6th floor. Was not told about parking.

A weekend away

The staff were lovely and location ideal for the outlet centre being less than a 10 minute walk away. Our room was spacious and clean.

I booked a double room, but when we arrive it was in fact two single beds held together by a sheet. U can imagine the trouble we had during the night with them sliding apart and falling down the gap. Wasn’t impressed. To add to the issue the pillows are horrendous. I’ve never slept so poorly.

Disappointing

The double bed I paid for was two single mattresses pushed together witch lead to a terrible night sleep. Hallway was extremely loud till 11:30 pm There was stains all over the floor. The daytime manager was very rude at breakfast also didn’t show us to our rooms when we checked it at 2 pm. There carpark is closed so I got told to park in train station over night carpark which cost me £6 more they didn’t inform me about. Me bedroom window was really dirty. Also breakfast ( sausage, beans and bacon) was very sweet like it was cooked in sugar would not recommend to anyone

Cheap, staff friendly enough. Breakfast was good variety and fairly nice.

Location was absolutely horrible. The beds were uncomfortable with poor pillows. Breakfast was a free for all, rather than booking timed slots which would have been better to limit numbers during pandemic. Also access to the stairs a complete mess. Prefer to use rather than lift but ended up in adjacent hotel.
