10/10 cannot fault for adult couples.

Location fantastic 20 meters walk to main street, we were in front villa though others were further to walk . Rooms separated for privacy if you are with other couples. Breakfast great and on time everyday - staff were beautiful and friendly.

Picky but I thought pillows were hard BUT others might like that If you had young children one parent would have to sleep in each villa for pool safety at night. The other option is 1 bedroom villa with small kids as bed huge

Dangerous - Stay at your own risk!

Wow – where to begin. Our visit, intended to be a relaxing getaway, was marred by numerous issues, including substandard facilities and a distressing incident that resulted in injury. First and foremost, the condition of the facilities at the villa was unacceptable. The room we were assigned was poorly maintained, with outdated furnishings, malfunctioning amenities (like leaking sinks), and cleanliness standards that fell far below expectations creating an overall atmosphere of neglect. While attempting to enter the outdoor bathroom, a glass door spontaneously shattered from its hinges and fell, causing injury to my partner. This incident was not only shocking and distressing but also entirely avoidable had the hotel's infrastructure been adequately maintained and inspected for safety hazards. While the team acted quickly and was able to get a doctor on site to tend to the injuries – the whole situation left a bad taste in out mouth and we decided to cut short out 5 day stay and left the villa the same day. As we had pre-paid for the 5 nights – the only compensation we received from the hotel was a refund of the 4 nights and the doctor visit. The initial offer was a 2 night refund which we protested and the hotel agreed to refund the amount for the balance 4 nights. Honestly with everything that happened, all we wanted was to leave the villa as soon as possible which we did.

a nice stay but slightly overpriced

location is amazing! and having your own private pool was great!

felt like it needed a refresh, our villa felt a bit damp & run down. the gardens in our private villa could do with some maintenance, the doors to the bedroom banged in the wind, you could hear the air conditioning unit cutting in & out all night.

We had been looking forward to staying at Maya Sayang for a while and just loved walking through the doors to our villa, it was gorgeous with every need thought of and catered for. Its central location was brilliant so close to everything, but we never heard the busy nightlife at all when back at the villa. The staff were just so welcoming and accommodating. Truely a secret oasis.

Can't think of anything I'd change.

amazing location , discreet service and brilliant location. I can’t fault the massages and promptness of all the service

the layout was so practical between the rooms and pool and kitchen. the pool was lovely and accessible to bathrooms. the room service and breakfast were always on time and delicious.

although a classic design, decor a little outdated.

Tranquil stunning Villa with very welcoming staff

The Villa was beautiful, better than expected, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay comfortable. The food was delicious and well priced. The bed was so comfortable. pool was exceptionally clean and when they cleaned the room each day they also scooped the couple of leaves from the pool. They organised well priced massages in the room which was so tranquil with the water fountain going, our best massage in Bali and we had a lot. We will definitely come back

great vacation destination

great location in Seminyak, really lovely staff and amenities. breakfast was included daily and the staff were very helpful for all our questions. rooms were cleaned daily with refreshed towels. room service was lovely also. having access to a private pool was so amazing

Great Villa, Staff & Location - would stay again.

Villa was nice and spacious, clean, and comfortable, it was perfect for our family of 3, including our 1 year old daughter. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and actioned every request made, they loved our daughter and were very attentive to her, wanting to see her every time they dropped into the villa. Breakfast was delivered at the requested time every morning, and was more than enough food to set us up for the day. Location was great. We would stay again.

Mosquitos were bad at dusk and dawn but the villa done everthing in their power to control, replacing Mozzie coils daily and the whole premises was fogged during our stay. There was heavy rains before we arrived so not much can done about it but they tried their best.

We loved it. Even the silence day! 😀

we love this accommodation, we stayed 5 years ago also. The staff are wonderful, service is great. The only complaint we had was the villas are ready for some upgrades, I know things have been tough with Covid, but the villas are tired. The soft furnishings need replacing, and a general all round spruce up.

worth returning to stay again

Villa size and cleanliness was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Their bar and restaurant on site was great and really took advantage of the happy hour!! wifi was excellent- better than at home!!

some elements of the Villa could do with renovating i.e. bathroom needed some love and the taps at the wash basin weren’t tall enough for the sinks, but these are very minor issue.

The pool water became foggy due to the amount of rain we had while there. Inside the pool just under the tile edge had mould and a good pressure wash needs to accrue for a proper cleaning.

Very comfortable room and pool was huge.

The room is starting to date, and basic maintenance needs attention. Also, room safe is not bolted down. We didn't feel safe leaving valuables in room safe as it was easily moveable.

Central, comfortable and beautiful villa!

The one-bedroom villa at Maya Sayang Seminyak was incredibly beautiful, comfortable and definitely a luxurious experience. Really appreciated how central the location of the villa was, yet sheltered from the busy streets and noise of Seminyak's roads. The bed was very comfortable, pool was well maintained, bathroom equipped with both a tub and a showerhead with everything we needed during our stay at the villa. Breakfast was also served to us right at the villa by the staff - with lovely options (we ordered Indonesian & Western). Definitely a top-notch experience!

Amazing breakfast selection- loved the fact that it is delivered to the villa. We stayed in the newer villa section which is still new and fresh, with comfy big bed. Staff we dealt were pleasant.

Reception area at Maya has stained sofa and generally worn looking, but luckily vill was fresh and new still. Couples massage - they charges in house / spa prices but used external vendor who came to villa. Sub par massage oil used, and there was no massage bed, so took place on deck chairs. Sarongs brought small, so no covering over the mattress where your head lay, so unhygienic and smelly.

Great location… Experience would have been better, if not for the mosquitoes and toilet issues.

Big and spacious villa! My kids love the big pool - main highlight of the stay! Rooms and toilets are also very spacious. Food-wise, just order the Indonesian options, forget about the western options. Location is tops, just 1 min walk out to the main Seminyak stretch of restaurants. Staff are very accommodating and so act fast.

Not very clean. and LOTS OF MOSQUITOES!! We got bitten many times despite burning several mosquito coils and used mozzie spray around the room, living room, toilets. The shower area’s water drainage is not good, bath water seeped back up and flooded the shower floor, cockroaches crawled up through the water drains. Needs quite a bit of maintenance and refurbishing.

Extremely unprofessional

During our room massage the restaurant continuously called three times for our breakfast order. Apparently they “needed” to change the roof during our stay so we could not use the facilities in our room for half a day. We left at 9am and arrived back at 3.30 and the room roof was still being fixed. we did not have any problems with the roof just the toilet taking 4-6 times to flush properly. I asked how we would be compensated and they advised they could not do anything. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable when you just want to relax after being in the sun all day and sunburnt. I have no idea why it could not wait until we had checked out or even been done the day we arrived as we did not check in until 11.30pm. Would not recommend.

nice and private , friendly staff and great breakfast .. very well located for trendy shops , cafes and restaurants .. everything was within a 3-5km walk depending on what u wanted

nothing much … everything was good … good value for money , villa isn’t new but it’s in good condition and comfy and clean
