Simple value for money accommodation in good location.

Traditional hotel with a lovely inner courtyard. Though close to a main road room looked onto the quiet courtyard so no noise at all. Good location between bus and train station.

I like location, in the middle of the city

I paid for tv but no international channel only bulgarian=0 Don`t pay for tv it has only 11 channels and all bulgarian.. I did not like the system: drop the key when you leave the room... No way in 2023 it`s not possible..

Great for short stays. Good location.

I fund it great for short term stays if I need to get an early morning train or bus. With the metro it is fairly easy yo go to the airport too. Location is great and room was clean.

There were a lot of young school kids on trip and they were loud.

Location is great, my assessment would be way better, if personnel would not be so rude

The location is great, near Female Market, also 20 min walk to Cathedral and 5 min to the railway and bus station, nice bed

The staff is rude sometimes, is not trained and it seems like they do not know how to be polite and nice. The room is clean but does not smell good because people smoke indoors. There are no hooks in the bathroom, the shower is not attached and if you like strong pressure, water pours out of the bathroom into the room. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything that happens with neighbors. Personnel is very loud in the morning...Anyways, if you travel alone and you are not very picky and you need to stay somewhere cheap for 1-3 nights, it's okay, I would recommend it... I would not recommend it for families or business trips or longer periods - this place does not bring positive emotions.

I booked a budget twin room with 2 beds, which I was given. one of the two beds was good, the other was not acceptable for an adult, too narrow, with a thin mattress sunk into a hard wood frame. impossible to turn over without hitting the edge

It was an extremely bad experience. The towels had a bad smell the carpets had stains on them. The staff were also really rude and even the manager was disrespectful. When I went to the the manager to make improvements, he told me to get out. M

Very comfortable and pleasant stay

Hotel was comfortable and convenient location

The shower room had slanted ceiling so we couldn’t always stand up properly and when you showered water sprayed across the toilet and sink and everywhere. Wasn’t a major issue just something to note ☺️

leave them , pay for 2 nights , and i stay one night ,

the reception lady very bad , she control as , she told as don’t speak , and she told as go out ,

very bad , i book it 2 nights, and stay just one night and leave it , its very very bad . theres a man control for all clients like we are in army, don’t speak , its not normal hotel , my advice,, dont book it there ,

Reasonable place to stay

Good location. Spacious room. Decent price. Close to bus station. 20-30 minutes walk to city attractions.

Bathroom was old and smelly. Heating was difficult to adjust.

Apsolute disaster. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Bed was comfortable.

The room was on top floor without lift. Room was super small unlike the photos online. There was no proper shower and the drain of water was exactly with the toilet, the water was not hot. The window was cracked and there was some water dripping sound all the time. They also request the key once you go out from hotel - this is ridiculous as we had our personal belongings in the room.

At least the price was right

The staff were nice, the room was reasonably clean.

The beds were very narrow, I kept rolling out of them. The single beds don't work as a big one when pushed together. The bathroom smelled bad. Sadly the shower could only be mounted vertically on the holder, leaving for a very sub-optimal situation where you habe to hold the shower head with one hand as you wash yourself with the other.

Great value for money. Heated clean room, wifi, warm water in the dead of winter at midnight, great place that's close to everything you need if you're just passing or staying short term in Sofia.

Not so bad

Was not far from the centre, only 15 mins by walk Metro just a few seconds away. Also the open market was just down the street. 20 mins or so to the central bus station

Room stunk of cigarettes. Beds were really small. Mattress was not that comfortable, however putting the quilt on top of sheets helped.

Wonderful Staff

I found the staff very helpful and hardworking. Always willing to help and assist with whatever was needed. Spoke fantastic English as well in particular Ema. Great location within walking distance from all the major attractions, modes of transport, and restaurants. The market was only a minute away. The building was super clean and the cleaners always looked busy. I found it overall very comfortable. The room had all the basic needs for a good nights rest. The facilities were good enough although you may want to choose a slightly more expensive room to stay ob the lower floors. I chose an economy room so I was up in the 4th floor attic which was fine for me. Great value for money
