made multiple calls to try to get through the hotel and was going to a call center then send to another location. I fina

the location as it was in a central location

there was no follow through on getting maintenance or changing room do to a bad odor. it also felt that breakfast is over expensive at the location

Worth the price.

It's clean and comfortable.

The upper bedrooms are small, kind of old but clean. The towels are old as well. The elevator buttons don't work properly. And you have to specify here in the app that you want to include breakfast. The restaurant is good and clean.

Comfortable room. Very helpful front desk team.

We asked for a quiet room. We were put in an area nearby construction. Even though there were very few people at the hotel, we were given a room very near super loud guests. They partied in the hall & swcurity did not stop them

It was reallt nice and clean!

I would given a 10, but I did not like the fact that there was a birthday party at the pool on Saturday and we were not able to use the pool, you owe me a day in the pool 😉👌 The pool was the main reason I stayed at this hotel but with this birthday party, there were too many kids in the pool and we did not feel comfortable to get in.

was a good location nice clean pool and lobby area. The man that helped us with luggage was very nice super friendly and helpful when it came to our questions. Thank you.

the rooms and bathtubs need to be cleaner. smells old and tubs are stained. Some of the staff in the restaurant area were not very friendly.
