A fantastic location on the way to Bergamo Alta. Bus right outside the door taking you to the top and the old town. The room was spacious and the facilities excellent. The welcome both in the text and the description of how to find the property all very professional. Definitely highly recommend this property.

Small but pleasant and clean room. Easy access to Citta Alta by foot, bus or funiculare.

Noisy place. Close to main road. Also the rooms open onto the kitchen area and hard to get to sleep until other guests have finished socialising there. No breakfast provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen so it would not be hard to leave basic breakfast ingredients for guests.

I liked the stress-free self-check-in. The room was nice and very clean. We were staying for just 2 nights but the room was still cleaned also in-between our stay. The owner issued a permit to enter Bergamo's limited-traffic zone so if you are coming by car, let them know in advance.

Location! Close and easy to get everywhere. Quiet area on the way to Citta Alta. Big and clean rooms, huge bathrooms. Very helpful lady who gave us all info needed.

It was very far from the main centre, the beds were creaking and not very comfortable, the pillow was about 1cm thick, didn’t feel as if I was sleeping on a pillow. There was no breakfast facilities. The free tea and coffee corner had no milk and it was very noisy when trying to sleep at night with the passing traffic

when we arrived the room wasn't ready and the cleaning staff (the only staff on site) was very rude bed and pillow were so uncomfortable. for sure, the worst bed I've slept in. the insonorisation was non existing. spider webs and overall the room was worn out

Host Sabrina was very friendly, our room was clean and meet our expectation, bathroom was nice and clean as well. I was little bit disappointed when I saw dusting under the bed. The location of the B&B is great, bus stop is few meters from the hotel and same for the old city "Citta Alta".

Even it is called B&B no breakfast options provided which was little bit disappointment for us. However the biggest surprise came during the night when we were trying to sleep but we were disturbed by other guest which were very very loud and wake us UP 5times during the night. Even the host (I dont know his name) was speaking very loudly in front of our door at 23:00 when one of the guest arrive. The walls are paper thin and if you want sleep well you have to rely on the fact that also other guests will be quiet and tolerant during the night.

No breakfast provided. Very poor communication: the host didn’t show despite we announced our arrival time at 20.30, WhatsApp exchange wasn’t prompt and information on the Booking site are confusing (eg. free parking or not? parking on site or in another facility). That lack of communication made every little problem/misunderstanding much bigger. E.g. we were not informed that the B&B is in a Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL) and that you have to ask the host to register your car plate not the get a fine – It’s not a big deal but we would have preferred to know that in advanced to enjoy our dinner without worries.

It was easy to get to the location. The place is clean and nice. But be aware that it is a house and your room is just a room in that house. The instructions were clear and easy to follow (the owner included pictures). Owner answers questions relatively quickly.

The rooms are small and you can hear the people beside you since you are renting a room in a house. The bathroom does not look like it's been renovated in a while and the toilet seats looked very old and worn out. However, it was clean. The head of the bed is on the the window wall which has light beating on your face from the outside making it hard to sleep.

The only issue is that you can hear everything happening in the main hall and the noise could be quite disturbing if you want to sleep longer than other guests staying there

We were sent a message before arrival, our car could stay easily at their place and the women who helped us was really kind and personal. nice place to stay outside, beautiful bathroom in the 4-person room.

The b&b has three rooms, if you have noisy guests you will hear them well…

Great location to visit Citta Alta/ old town Ok for one night => good price / quality ratio (61€ for the night)

- Very noisy, thin doors. Bad experience was the big noise done by the cleaners starting at 9:30 (vacuum...). - The cleaning lady was rude to force us to leave the room quickly (at 10:30, with a check out at 11:00). - Street light all the night ; no real blackout curtain - Quite uncomfortable beds

Location was perfect and value for money, really near the upper Bergamo! Staff was also very warm and accommodating.

The rooms are not as soundproof, can hear everything / everyone from the door (e.g. conversations in the kitchen or when host is making breakfast)

+ great location, very close to the old city (on feet or by funiculare); + very friendly and helpful staff; + very nice breakfast; + clean and comfortable room; + possibility to park in the ZTL; + great WiFi; + possibility to use coffee machine and to make tea.

The only one but quite big problem was about parking. We haven't been informed that B&B is within Limited Traffic Zone (but when we asked, we were registered by Host without any problems, we suggest to inform about it in e-mail). What is more, according to the information from e-mail from B&B, there is a parking for 3 cars - but maybe for 3 very small cars like Smart :-) Driveway to the parking space is narrow and very steep - there is a risk of leaving some of your car's paint on the floor, as we did. Fortunately, there was an option to park the car in the public parking 1 minute walk from the B&B.

The place is very good, some minutes walk till funicular, bus stops near apartment. The host was nice.

It was not easy to find the place. Nobody meets you, if you don't have phone number, it is not possible to find and nobody warns you about this :(

The host (Sabrina) is the most valuable asset of the property - very kind, communicative, makes a great breakfast, helpful with all kinds of information. We enjoyed talking to her during our breakfast (which she served half an hour before usual schedule at our request) and were sorry to have to leave to catch our morning flight. Location is super-convenient. The bus stop is just outside the house, from there you can go to Citta Alta or to the airport (bus No.1). We bought 24-hour tickets/5 euros each, that covered all our rides across Bergamo as well as from and to the airport. Bergamo is very beautiful and well worth a visit, we look forward to coming there again, for a longer stay next time, because it is among other things a great starting point to make daily trips.
