Was very clean and well appointed with cooking facilities etc. Upon entering we had no running water which was due to some recent works, however Pom was onto it straight away and fixed it immediately. Great service.

The premises is quite old. Upstairs Heating facilities are quite inadequate.

Everything was as it should be, good value for money. They even provided a baby cot (a bit old, but it worked just fine)

For a large family with dogs in tow this was just perfect. Good heating, very clean and spacious enough for everyone.
Update the microwave. Balustrade and stairs not very child friendly - a childproof gate / mesh gate across the top of the stairs would fix this.

the location was pretty good. walking distance from everything. I like that the bungalow is separated from the rest of the apartments, made us feel like being noisy wasn't going to bother anyone.
being an electrician myself, I did notice that there are some light fittings that are not up to standard at all. exposed building wire on the heater in the bunk bed room. the fluro in the bunk bed room needs a new ballast, it sometimes took minutes to fire up. small things though, easy fix, nothing a regular eye would notice.

The only thing I wish the property had was some body washes for the showers.

not enough hot water

The location was good, central and walking distance to the town centre. The bed was comfortable but a bit short.
The place is in need of a face lift. The kettle was dirty and I had to scrub it clean before I used it. The kitchen cupboards were dusty and the carpets need replacing - they look frayed and dirty. The two main bedrooms are upstairs but both bathrooms are downstairs, which is not ideal with an elderly partner and two grandkids. The bathrooms had old electric, timed heaters with a push button that lasted about 30 seconds. We had to bring our own towels. It was definitely not value for money.

We liked that it was dog friendly. The bedrooms warmed up quickly with the individual heaters
The main living upstairs area took a while to heat up. We were debating about heading out and buying wood for the fire, but we weren’t sure about leaving a mess.
7.0
Living area is open an airy. Kitchen has all facilities needed.
The decor and fittings are very very dated. Door on the main bedroom could not be latched closed. Heating is barely adequate to cover the air volume of the apartment. It is impossible to park a car in the garage due to its small size and shelving fitted to the walls.
