Kubba Roonga Guesthouse exceeded all our expectations, the ambiance of the property was delightful. The English-style gardens created a serene and picturesque setting that enhanced our overall experience. It was a pleasure to stroll through the well-maintained grounds and take in the beauty of the surroundings. The customer service we received was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The attention to detail and the personalized touches, added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our time at the BnB. The location of Kubba Roonga Guesthouse was ideal. Being within a short distance of Blackheath Village allowed us easy access to shopping and dining options. Additionally, the proximity to the World Heritage Blue Mountains National Park provided us with the opportunity to explore the breathtaking natural beauty of the area. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa bath in our room. It provided a perfect way to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The indulgent experience added an extra level of luxury to our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Overall, our stay at Kubba Roonga Guesthouse exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail, the warm hospitality, the beautiful surroundings, and the luxurious amenities all contributed to a truly memorable experience. Excellent for those who want the luxury guesthouse experience

Breakfast adequate & plentiful . Fresh fruit appreciated. Being able to use the facilities for self supplied evening meal a bonus. . Bed very comfortable, heating excellent. walk in shower appreciated by us..(spa not requested) Complimentary bottle of wine being a returning guest pleasant surprise, Chris went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable Daily papers available in the comfortable lounge areas. Overall, accomodation very good. Nice time of the year with all the autumn colours. Garden would be a picture in spring (& when snowed!!) Plenty of restaurants nearby... & much more peaceful than busier areas of Blue Mountains

Think breakfast should be advertised "as included"...not complimentary. Devonshire tea was nice, but my misunderstanding, I thought it was complimentary. Nothing else to add!

A beautiful, relaxing guest home

The house was beautifully decorated, very homey, cozy and comfortable. It definitely has that go-back-in-time, relaxing, slow phase atmosphere which we all need to escape from our everyday life. Love the music !

Peaceful stay but breakfast disappointing.

Quiet and peaceful. Although the room was small we were able to use the other rooms in the guest house . It was especially relaxing to sit by the fire in the lounge room.The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Previous reviews had mentioned a cooked breakfast but it was no longer offered. Although the continental breakfast was adequate, a cooked breakfast should also have been offered , as the cost to stay at Kubba Roonga was quite expensive.

So peaceful! A delightful guest house experience in a beautiful garden setting.

Amazing place to relax!!!

This was an amazing guesthouse. The attention to every detail was amazing. Comfortable and fantastic. Loved staying here for a second honeymoon with my husband!

The host Chris was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and prepared for you instead of buffet style. The in room spa was good and something different. The room was warm and cosy. I would return again for sure.

Nothing major. It would have been better if breakfast was served a little earlier. is a shame we didn't explore all the amenities on offer.

Cosy and well cared for property with lovely gardens. Owners clearly take a lot of pride in the place. Great breakfast, all day access to tea and coffee on site with snacks makes for a great additon.

WiFi was limited and not available for streaming. Vodafone reception also limited.

Wonderful

This is the second time we have stayed at Kubba Roonga - and have had an amazing stay both times. Very warm and comfortable, beautifully decorated - they seem to have thought of every little detail! Really loved the breakfast, with Chris’ spinach and ricotta scrambled eggs, and enjoyed the treat of some afternoon scones and an evening port by the winter fire. We’re already planning our next trip up.

Really felt like home away from home

Chris our host was very welcoming & made sure we had all we needed. The place was immaculately clean and we enjoyed our breakfast & the complimentary glass of port. All in all a great experience!

In the morning it could take a bit of time for the hot water to warm up.
