Ci aspettavamo di più da un 5 stelle

Avere la struttura davanti alla spiaggia, ci ha fatto optare per questo albergo. Bella la vista. Il duplex è molto bello, con piscina privata, aria condizionata, due bagni grandi. Ottima la piscina in comune. Ottimo il segnale Wi-Fi e buona la colazione.

Sicuramente ci aspettavamo più pulizia! Nella nostra camera ci siamo trovati sui divani, coperte e cuscini dei capelli di altri ospiti. Anche la spiaggia non è tenuta pulita purtroppo. Abbiamo ordinato da mangiare in camera nel pomeriggio e solamente il giorno dopo hanno portato via gli avanzi e piatti sporchi, senza pulire la camera in quanto viene fatto solo fino alle ore 16:00. Il servizio taxi offerta con dei “contratti” tra albergo e taxi è un rubare soldi ai turisti: ogni uscita, andata e ritorno, costa 1800 THB, circa 45€!!! Troppi per Phuket!

The view of the ocean. Some staff are extremely helpful such as Kimmy ..

The room design is bad because they have the bassinet behind the bed’s immediately and it is noisy. Furthermore the restaurant is small and the food selection is limited. We had water cut in the hotel during our stay and lasted for few hours. The hotel charge lots of money for city and airport transfer.

Great stay

Everything was perfect especially the breakfast with great variety, also I recommend you to try thai food for dinner it's affordable and super delicious. Staff were cooperative and the view was amazing.

The Villas is comfortable and fantastic. I am amazed by the panoramic view and the weather. The Villas and swimming pool are cleaned. The staff are friendly and always reachable. Everything including the breakfast and floating combo are gorgeous. I will recommend this place to my friends as it is a very good place for relaxing and having a nice trip.

prefect getaway

we had a wonderful time.. mr peet from the help desk was very professional and supportive he informed us with everything in advance.. all the staff were very helpful and friendly.. the location is perfect and beach is very clean.. the breakfast was awesome and there is a very delicious restaurant nearby ask peet for it .. will definitely be back

The staff were incredibly friendly, and even more importantly, super helpful. We had a big problem where we had to go to Bangkok urgently and there were no suitable flights. Even after we had checked out, the staff and A-Nia in particular spent literally hours running through various options and calling people on the phone, helping us find a solution and trying to reduce the price. She was a life saver. The other staff were all really good, too. The guys who run the pool/sports area were also very genuine and friendly and my wife and I had a great private kickboxing lesson, with two guys training the two of us. When my wife asked a staff member on the elevator where she got a refreshing looking iced milk tea, the staff member offered to just give it to my wife. Of course we refused and she offered it several more times. I asked her if she worked in the restaurant and she said she was out back in the kitchen - even the kitchen staff who don't face the customers were super nice and kind.

Superb

I love the room mainly because of the view and it is clean. Love the staff especially Wan, Jenny, Sulma and Phet. They are very friendly and always make sure that we are comfortable.

I would like the glass around the pool area be slightly higher because our room was beside a construction site. While we are swimming, the workers are able to look as us. I also would like to make a suggestion if they make a small basin at the coffee making area; it will be easier for us to wash our hands/utensils at the area instead of walking back into the sleeping area to wash our hands and utensils.

the overall facility does not match the pics. it is a nice place, but pics are 10mins better. glasses in the room without open windows on the sea. it is a 4 stars facility
