Over priced 2-star accommodation!

This is not what I would describe as a retreat. It's a tiny cabin added to the rear of a residential property backing onto a laneway that provides access to all the neighboring properties. It was poorly presented on arrival, a terrible mattress with smelly sheets and we simply couldn't stay. We were forced to travel for 2 hours for alternative accommodation. In summary, this is 2-star accommodation and not worth over $300 a night, even during high season.

I had a nice, quiet, relaxing time. Everything was walking distance to the house, the Husky movie theatre is just across

The property had everything you needed whether it was making a cup of Nespresso pod coffee or watching a movie, each room had access to Netflix, Stan ect on their own TV. The place was clean & staff helpful. The bottle of wine & chocolates was a nice extra.

Not having stayed at a shared B&B before I found it a bit uncomfortable at first having other people in the house. But everyone was friendly & you didn’t really see everyone at the same time anyhow.

We loved the bed and the design of the room. We also loved how close it was to the main shops

Only a couple of small things - there were many spider webs externally that made us not want to use the outside areas. There was also only 1 mug and 1 teabag. We also didn’t have a scrubber/sponge to wash up with or a hand towel in the bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Tiny House, and have already recommended it to our friends.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The Tiny House was also excellent. So cosy and comfortable with everything we could have needed or wanted. Even a friendly chicken visiting a couple of mornings!

The weather could have been better, but you have no control over that. 🙂

Close to the beach. comfortable bed and sofa

the hot water ran out after a few minutes, not long enough to have a shower and definitely not long enough to wash your hair before it goes cold and then a wait of about 20 minutes for it to heat up again. located down a little back lane

Very good location and we were able to walk everywhere which is nice if you want to have a drink.

The bed was a little small and hard but ok.

Great stay - highly recommended.

Place was perfectly clean, comfortable, has everything you need, air-conditioning, in a great location, with a parking spot and just 1 minute walk from Husky shops. Check-in was easy and hosts were available and easy to reach.

Can hear some animals on the roof during the night - but, hey, that's all part of the fun of being in nature!

Perfect Weekend Retreat

Perfect stay, so clean and comfortable, wine & choccies on arrival was a welcoming touch, we didnt see the hosts and still felt very welcome. A 5 minute walk into Huskisson, the facilities were excellent, everything you could ever need incl free washing & drying, a big bonus after a day at the beach. The most reasonably priced accomodation for a touch of luxury. I can't reccomend this property enough!
