This quiet gulf front beauty stands tall over the emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Relax on your private balcony and listen to the waves roll in and soak in the watercolor sunsets. Relax at the beach or take a swim in the gulf side pool. Enjoy the convenience of being close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions. Just around the corner you will find The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, and The Boardwalk Pavilion. It is just a short 10-minute drive to Destin where the adventure continues! This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A very large, fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a separate dining area. A living room with floor-to-ceiling glass siders that provide the backdrop to your beach vacation, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, black out draperies, a 50" flat screen TV/DVD player, and a private balcony. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV/DVD player, black out draperies, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A second bedroom with full size bed as well as a set of twin size bunk beds, and an attached full-size bathroom. 12 Cup/K-pod coffee Center Keyless Lock- Self check-in Free wireless internet Elevator Swimming pool (Heated seasonally) Grilling area Beach Service Included (March- October) 2 chairs and an umbrella We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner. One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us. We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Discounted monthly rates available November- February. Property was perfect, nice and easy process to check in and out of! Helpful advice…we only wished the kitchen had a pizza pan and baking sheet! We will be returning!

Condo is great. Overlooks the beach and pool. Well furnished. The property management are great. Had a small problem with the TV remote but was fixed right away. Don't be afraid to rent this condo.

All good, needs updating, laundry room needs painting & deep cleaning. Rack needs to be replaced in laundry room ( rusted), decor is older. Glass on coffee table moves. ( a different coffee table might be better with the tightness of the space)

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels, linens and pillows. The location was was great. My family had a wonderful visit.

Great condo and great location.
Condo was great. Check in and check out was very easy. We liked the keyless entry. The view from the balcony was just as pictures shown. We cooked alot during our stay and could have used a couple of bigger pots but we managed. It was a great place to stay. We hope to return very soon!

This was so convenient to the beach , shopping , great food and just a wonderful overall experience! The condo location was perfect to just sit on the balcony while drinking a good cup of coffee and watch the waves . So very relaxing . We so appreciate a well equipped kitchen . They thought of everything right down to the paper towels ! Thanks so much to the owner, Kim who kept in touch with us before , during and after our stay .Looking forward to future visits .

Literally right on the beach !
This was so convenient to the beach , shopping , great food and just a wonderful overall experience! When we arrived there was a slight odor..the pictures online are touched up as we felt the property didn’t look as well in person. The pool was way closer than appeared in photo..you had to close the curtains to change clothes. The carpets we read about in other reviews but they were really worse than I imagined (beyond needing replaced)...overall the place was clean as far as beds and linens etc..we slept well and beds were comfy. The patio only had 2 chairs not the 4 that were pictured. Also the pool area has no umbrellas or shade so I will look for that next time. The location to the beach was great and easy with kids so that was a plus! Our stay ended up being fine everything worked..we will chose differently next time.

The condo had a great view and so very close to the beach. The furnishings in the condo could use some updating, as well as more than 2 chairs should be on the balcony. Our stay was really wonderful!!

Great Location
Great view, great location, great condo for family. King size bedroom with private bath and other bedroom with full size comfortable bed with bunk beds perfect for kids with adjoining bath. Kitchen supplied with everything needed. Easy access to beach with umbrella and two beach chairs provided daily. I would definitely recommend this condo. Only negative would be couch and loveseat not very comfortable and might could be updated. However, overall we had no complaints.

Everything we needed
The location was perfect. The beach never had more than about 3 families on it. Beach chairs set up for us each day were so nice. Quiet neighborhood with no college spring breakers noticeable. Open air hallway and stairway outside the unit were nice for covid, one flight down to beach access and pool Pool was warm even in early March and never very busy. Only slight downside, the dining table and coffee/end tables had glass tops that were only held on their bases by weight and I was worried my three year old would break them but all ended well.

Absolutely loved it, we watched dolphins jump from the balcony! My only suggestion is new couches. Would deffinately rebook!
