The Riad is very nice, classic Marroquian house. Location in great, inside the medina and walking distance to the Zoco, the Maousuleum and the shore. It is quiet for sleeping (good beds) and very very clean. Hassan is the best, he helped us with all the "tiny things" that a guess needs. Taxi to/from airport, recommendations, where to eat/change money, print boarding pass etc. His hospitality is amazing. Typical Marroquian breakfast is served. Thanks for all, for sure we will repeat and recommend it!

Very friendly helpful and ... interesting staff you can talk with about much more you would expect from a rather casual contact. Nice decor! Very good location at the edge of Rabat's Medina, by one of the main arteries, Avenue Mohamed V, very conveniently at a short walking distance from Rabat Ville rail station. Perfect Moroccan hospitality, especially from brothers Nebil & Hassan but also a few charming ladies appearing from time to time. Great value for money if you're looking for something no-nonsense, basic, to have a shower and bed after site-seeing.
A few facilities could be improved, like a funny fisco-style blinking light in the bathroom or the door. This is probably positive rather than anything to complain about but we were offered a coffee and a basic but nice petite dejeneu for free - at least that is what my wife understood but I wasn't really sure if we shouldn't really pay for it, maybe it would be better to have more clear rules on such things. It may be a general problem with communication due to cultural reasons...

Staff, location, the familiar atmosphere, singings of the birds in the morning.
The smelling of the bathroom and taxes

The host is very supportive and friendly, he let us stay in the living room for several hours after checking out, and led us to the taxi driver. Overall, it's a good experience and good service. It's right inside the market where you can buy lots of food, drink and items. It's about 10-15minute walk to the beach.
But the blankets are not really clean (just my feeling) and there's mosquito inside bedrooms

Simple but good breakfast was served, Hassan and Ahmed are very friendly and good hosts, bathrooms had to be shared with other guests, I received good advices for my further travel.
My door could not closed 100% due a to a problem with the door, it was a bit noisy in the evening when other guest came but after 23:00 everything was quite.

The people who worked there were so so friendly and welcoming! They made free breakfast for us, showed us places and did the laundry for us. I can really recommend this place regarding its hospitality.

The location, right in the center of the medina is fantastic.
The owner was lovely, very welcoming and gave good tips on things to do in the city
The price was great for the location.
The place is quite dark and could do with a clean.
There were cockroaches in the room and the bathrooms were quite dated.

Very easy to find in Medina, Hassan (the host) is extremely helpful and kind.
I’m solo traveler and wanted to visit another city, Hassan agreed to keep my suitcase while I went for 3 days trip. And helped me to find accommodation for 2 extra nights which I needed.
Breakfast wasn’t included, but every day I had coffee and a bit of pastry 😌

Location was super - in the Medina so close to cafés, souks and very walkable. People we met very friendly and helpful when we needed directions.
For the price great place to drop off your luggage see sites then return to sleep
The owner lived on site so whenever we needed his assistance he was there
Overall accommodations could use some updates

Amazing place. Right in a central location it cannot be better. Lots of nice places to eat and drink near to the location.
Hassan gave exceptional hospitality. You can book a big name or chain, but you will not get hospitality like this. Hassan was extremely helpful, cannot ask for more.
The central court area is like a lounge. So peaceful to sit and hear the birds. Unique environment. Homely, but also the feel of the open. Will defining stay again.
Everything was great.

Host is really nice and helpful, also location is perfect (in the middle of the Medina). Good ratio between price and quality. I wish we could stay there more then one night
Tourist tax is not included in price here on Booking, so you need to pay a bit extra when you arrive
