La atención impecable. Las habitaciones sencillas pero limpias en una ubicación perfecta.
La tv no funcionaba, pero para una noche tampoco avisamos, nos pusimos una peli en la tablet y tan felices.

He echado en falta un par de sillones donde descansar cuando no tienes ganas de estar acostado, sobre todo los días con lluvia que no estás más tiempo en la calle y tienes que quedarte en el hotel

Muy buena ubicación, habitaciones grandes y limpias. El desayuno muy completo y variado. El personal muy atento. Volvería sin duda a este hotel. Calidad- precio increíble.

It is a nice place, right in the city center and close to everything. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable. All in all, we liked this place.
Depending on what type of neighbors you get, it can be quite noise as the walls are really thin. Not many facilities within the room and it was quite cold in our room when we went there (in November).

Todo estaba muy limpio y el desayuno está muy bien
No hay recepción, no hay parking, no hay nadie que te informe de nada.
NO apto para personas con problemas de movilidad y discapacidad, ni niños, para llegar a la planta del hotel, hay una escalera infernal y larguísima Sin ascensor, hay que cargar todas las maletas

El personal no podía ser más amable y atento. La recepcionista, las chicas de la limpieza. El desayuno muy completo y me sorprendió la abundancia. La ubicación, lo mejor, a dos minutos de todo el casco histórico de Ribadeo.
A mi pesar, tengo que poner un 0 a las instalaciones. Al menos nuestra habitación (no sé si es que nos dieron la peor por ir con nuestro perro salchicha) apestaba a moho nada más entrar. Cuando vi las paredes y las ventanas, casi me da un infarto. Llenas de moho negro y blanco. No podéis tener este tipo de habitaciones. Es insalubre como poco.

We had a room with three beds. They were fairly comfortable. Our dogs were welcome. Staff was willing to let us in after check-in hours. The price was good.
There is a very long flight of stairs to climb to get to the property. Soap was not provided in the bathroom. While the room appeared clean it smelled vaguely of mildew. The faucet in the shower was broken and the water was scalding hot. Parking was difficult. Breakfast was minimal.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and option of "picnic package" instead. Comfortable sized bathroom. Reception lady gave us tape when we asked where we can buy some.
Initially awkward with pram and two large suitcases, as you need to reach the office by 20+steps. Elevator is available though, a few doors down after check-in. Soundproofing wasn't too great, but I think they space visitors as far as possible to help.

Very welcoming staff, happy to direct you to where everything is, central location. The breakfast was a continental buffet which was great.their showers were great and internet was strong.
It was an older place and you could hear people using their toilets, my room seemed to have the main water pipe running through it as I could hear it running a lot.

Large room and bathroom, more like a five-star hotel. Monica was very helpful. Great restaurants and bars nearby.
Long, 2-3 floors, to get to the reception, but if you ask there is an elevator (not obvious) to avoid the stairs.

Friendly staff helped us out with our requests and where to eat/drink in the city.
Good breakfast included, set it up for us early so we could get to Playa de Las Catedrales in time for low tide.
