Located in Indian Rocks Beach, this lovely condo for $302 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our fully furnished gulf view condo is located across the street from the beach. The condo is located on the third story with parking on the first level. Enjoy a beautiful sunset from the 27' balcony or from the beautifully decorated living room which has 17' sliding glass doors. Relax and enjoy the sunsets, gulf breezes, and the beautiful white sandy beach. You will simply love this place. New laminate flooring just installed. Just added a 50in hd tv. Amenities: New ceramic tile, upgraded kitchen and bath,new laminate flooring just installed , new living room furniture. 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds that can be made into 1 king bed. We also have sheets for each size. Plenty of novels to read while relaxing in this very comfortable condo. 3 color TVs one that is HD, full cable and VCR, CD player,DVD player, stereo, microwave, icemaker, and all new appliances, washer and dryer in condo, coffee maker, linens, pots and pans, dishes, glassware and silverware. Ceiling fans in every room. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, cuzzies, umbrella, and small ice chest for the beach. Local phone service.Central air conditioning and heating.Activities: Great golf courses near by , Sun Coast Trolley stop is in front of the condo, walking the beach, great restaurants, dolphin watch cruises, Busch Gardens, 90 min to Orlando Theme parks, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Sand Key Park, John's Pass, and Pass a Grille.

The property surpassed our expectations. It’s a short walk to the beach. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more for our stay. Will look to stay here again!!

We had a great stay. Jim the owner was very quick to respond when we had to reach out about internet/TV issues. Great location just across the street from the beach. Beautiful condo and wonderful deck with all the beach toys. My only suggestion is to realize it is a climb up two stories of stairs that are narrow and steep not handicap accessible so my visually impaired mom and 77 year old aunt had some challenges with this. Suggest at least paint the edge of the stairs with reflective yellow paint or something to help. Otherwise I got great exercise toting things up and down for them 😀 great place and would come back!

Right from the moment I attempted to book this visit (which Jim was extremely helpful) to helping assure we made it to the property OK , this visit was exactly what we had hoped. Jim and his wife have a beautiful beach home! If stairs are not for you - beware but we like to be active and welcomed them! The beach access is directly across from the property and we were able to walk for hours! There is access to a bus in which we were able hop on and get to several different beaches and had a great time shopping! Evening drink on the deck to watch the sunset, lunches out, shopping trips, she’ll gathering on the beach and lots of girl talk! This is a perfect trip for friends to get together for a long weekend as we did!! Thank you Jim sharing your beautiful lake home!!

The listing for Jim's condo was right on and exactly what we needed for our short stay on the gulf coast. Our little family felt comfortable and well rested thanks to our host! We had a wonderful stay everything was excellent. Plenty of towels blankets pillows. The short walk to the beach was perfect. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our host was easy to contact and always responded quickly to any of our questions.

The condo is fabulous, photos do not show just how lovely it is in real life. Extremely comfortable and well equipped and immaculate. Location could not be better, steps away from beach access and walking distance to many fabulous restaurants. Only regret is we didn't stay longer. Will be back. Thank you Jim

The location is perfect and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice having the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, etc) provided by Jim and Denise. We all loved the huge balcony. We'd definitely love to come back!

We had a great time staying in Indian Rocks Beach. The property was right across the street from the beach which made it easy to go back and forth between the beach and the condo. The condo was stocked with all the necessities including a full size washer and dryer which meant we left with clean clothes instead of dirty ones! We would recommend the property to anyone looking to be close to the beach!

Another perfect stay
This property’s photos on VRBO do not do it Justice. This is our second year staying and it was another perfect stay. The area is wonderful, right across from the beach and just down the street of a lot of fabulous restaurants! Owners do a great job providing essentials for everyone. If you forget something, rest assured, it is probably there. They’ve even added a wagon to their beach essential collection. You’re welcome to use it all.
Overall, the process, the area, the cleanliness and the above and beyond owner will keep us coming back for more visits!

There's plenty to do on the island to keep you as busy as you care to be with activities suitable to all ages. We LOVED Chicago Jaqx Pizza & Taphouse which is just down the street. It's right across the street from the beach access. Although I live locally I still enjoyed the convenience of being right by the beach and no hassle of finding parking.

We stayed FRI-SUN and Jim's beach condo and it was just perfect. Jim called and then emailed clear instructions to access the condo, the location, etc. This condo is as discribred, but more comfortable, quiet and cozy. Everything 2 adults/2 kids need for a day at the beach and maybe a 3 minute walk from ocean to bathroom in the unit. My kids loved the assortment of toys and noodles, my wife and I used the chairs and umbrella. If you are going to Indian Rock Beach and will respect this great condo, I recommend it. If you like to trash a place or looking for a loud party place, this isn't for you.

Denise & Jim’s place was absolutely amazing. It had all the necessities and more! This was our first time staying at Indian Rocks beach and we were not disappointed! This room is located right in the middle of several shops and restaurants, perfect location! We look forward to coming back sooner rather than later!

Perfect stay in IRB
This is my second time staying at Jim’s condo and it didn’t disappoint. There is everything you need for your stay at the beach. The condo has beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella and all the comforts of home. This is right across the street from the beach, in less than 5 minutes can be set up on the sand. Nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy coffee or sunsets. Convenient walk to restaurants. Jim is great, very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. I look forward to staying at his condo again.

Slice of Paradise
The pictures do not do this place justice! Everything you need is already there, so if you forget something, rest assured there is something there for you (Beach toys/chairs, utensils, cookware, seasoning, coffee, towels, wash cloths, extra sheets, baby items, body wash, laundry needs, box fans, etc). Owner is super friendly and called to be sure everything was satisfactory when we arrived.
Great location; quiet, family friendly, perfect patio for sunset watching in the rocking chairs! Lots of restaurants and just a short drive to Clearwater for the faster pace if you want that.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone that asked. We will be returning!

Great condo at IRB
This condo was in the perfect location in IRB. Jim was the perfect host who called before check in to see if we still wanted to come with the pending hurricane. He kept in touch leading up to check in and was very easy to get a hold of. The condo was very well kept and directly across the street from the beach. It was also conveniently located to restaurants. I will definitely return to stay at this property again.

Perfect for our family!
This condo had everything our family of 4 needed - comfy furniture and beds, plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen stuff, and beach gear (coolers, chairs, umbrella, noodles, etc.). We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and a short walk to the beach. The location is conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We were even able to leave with suitcases full of CLEAN laundry since there was a washer & dryer in the unit. Jim made everything so easy and enjoyable! I would highly recommend this property!

Great condo in great location. Very comfortable with everything you need. Even chairs and an umbrella for the beach. And it is just steps to the beach. We loved the huge porch. Great for sitting and relaxing and enjoying the Gulf breezes. Jim was great to work with. He even called us the day after check in to make sure everything was good. We will definitely rent with Jim again.

Beach Paradise
This place is better than advertised!! All you need is your bathing suit and some clothes. It has everything you need for a beach vacation( chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels, washer and dryer in the condo with detergent, shampoo, and anything else you can think of). Awesome ocean views from the deck and just a hop, skip, and jump from the beach!! Sat on the deck just about every night and watched the sunset and the people going by. Great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon!! Super clean!! Would highly recommend this condo for a wonderful beach vacation!! Your place is awesome Jim!!

Great Gulf Getaway!
Our family really enjoyed this property. We were able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes....Indian Rocks Beach was not too crowded and there were lots of things to do in the area. The property was exactly as shown, very clean and all-around easy process from booking to check out. Highly recommended!

This property was exactly as described. The condo had everything we needed or wanted. Jim was a very nice host, He kept in communication with us to make sure everything was OK and made sure that we were happy with our stay there. I would definitely go again very clean updated and beachy.

Perfect location
We loved the size of this condo and the location is so easy to access to the beach. Which was a great beach as well. A quick walk back if you need anything. Great for kids, short walk for them. The balcony is awesome to just sit an relax on. Late at night you can hear the waves. Loved the use of the kitchen and w/d for our longer trip. We look forward to coming back again soon!! Thanks Jim!
