Needs a bit of a makeover. Looks like 1990’s

The staff was good. The attendant understood why I didn't want to stay.
The location. The room was filthy. The rags and towels were disgusting. The sink had a bucket under it to catch water that was leaking when you turn on the sink. The bedding was dirty and the walls had writing all over it.

Hello, they did not have anyone there that was able to speak English and talk too about the situation. So we would like a full refund or we will be pressing charges and going to the health department and getting that location shut down as it is not safe for anyone to stay and live in the building. There were stray cats and the pictures should say it all.

The walls in the bathroom or falling apart, and there was mold in the bathroom from where moisture had gotten in

Absolutely nothing then not to mention my husband paid a $50 deposit that has not been returned back to him yet and upon contacting said property they got rude with us they sounded as though they were under the influence and hung up in our faces laughing about our deposit
Oh I didn't like anything about this hotel it was nasty the Stafford disrespectful and rude and considerate noisy the room was muggy and they still have not returned my husband's $50 deposit

they put me in a smoking room Allergic to cigarette smoke it was I ask to change rooms but they said they didn’t have any but on line they had the room available that I book the soda nun was working at all I ask for my money back but didn’t want it make it a big deal so I set in my car the whole entire stay

The room was in disrepair. The window was broken. The carpet looked dirty. The bathroom wall was missing pieces of drywall. The floor in bathroom and entry was cracked and looked dirty.

Comfortable bed
Peeling paint, stained ceiling, black gunk around toilet, torn bed clothes, filthy hall carpets.

There was mold in the bathroom, the chair had a big tear down the middle of it, the fan made a awful noise when you turn it on, we had trouble getting the keys to work, and the fridge and microwave were not working properly.

Convenient location.
I got charged twice for the room. The room wasn’t clean, it still had someone’s old cigar sitting in the bathroom.

The rooms were not clean, I had to go buy cleaning supplies, the fridge didn’t work, we were only allowed 2 small towels and when we asked for more we were told we would get more the next day.

The thickly accident man who was very rude and told me to call booking.com he did not have time for me I did not stay at the property and was still charged

Price, fairly comfortable bed
Bright light outside of window made it look like it was daylight at all times. Drink and snack machines out of order. Dead bolt on door didn't work. TV remote did not work the TV, it turned the ac off and on. Half fixed repairs to walls. Think my concers were overlooked by those that we voiced them to. Always got the same answer "I will look into it" never I'm sorry or can I make it up to you or can I do anything else...couch recliners located along the adjacent wooded area. What looked like street walkers in lot often
