Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet 303B is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with incredible views of Little Lagoon and the pool area from the 3rd floor of the 'B' building. • Access to balcony from the living room and primary bedroom • Tile throughout unit • The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four. • Washer and dryer in the unit • The living area has a sofa sleeper • The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV • The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on top, full on bottom, and a twin trundle with a TV that does not have cable (it does have a DVD player and Netflix.) *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk. • Wireless internet access is provided • There is no cable throughout the unit, only Roku Streaming. Be sure to bring your own accounts. • Amenities include Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Boat Launch w/fee, Coffee Maker, Deeded Beach Access, Dishwasher, Elevator, Hot Tub, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Outdoor Pool, Pier, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Tennis Court, TV, Washer/Dryer • No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry! • Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking Passes purchased by the guest at the on-site office: $25 each, limit 2 ***Beginning 9/1/24, parking passes increase to $30 each, as do the boat launch fee.*** • Minimum age to rent is 25. *NON SMOKING *MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 *MUST CALL FOR MONTHLY AVAILABILITY Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You may go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily. So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the zoo that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. *Does not apply to monthly reservations and some activities are seasonal

Lovely location. Condo is well set-up. The ottoman for a coffee table doesn't work. The kitchen table and chairs are ok. Other than that the main bedroom mattress was fantastic! and the curtain set-up is terrific! iTrip is fantastic to deal with ... a small problem with the dishwasher that they fixed right away. The weather was cool (it was terrific last Jan) but you cant blame anyone for the weather. We would stay again for sure. In the winter, it would be nice to have a condo with sun in the same building but this condo is great.

It’s a great area but the unit had some deficiencies:
1. Loud construction noise for several days
2. Kitchen is small and poorly designed, especially the cabinets
3. The tennis courts needed work which was done after we complained. The nets were still at pickle ball height instead of tennis height.
4. The floors were dirty
5. The coffee pot was difficult to operate. Needs instructions.
6. Could not get TV channels I wanted. No cable, only streaming thru Visio. Missed several ball games.

For the most part, everything was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, and the convenience. The unit is very well stocked, which helped so much.
The two issues we had were a little bit frustrating and offputting. First of all, even though we had been given instructions on the proper way to take care of things, we did not have Wi-Fi. Every time we tried to hook up Alexa said she couldn’t. We finally called and were told to call the Wi-Fi company which we did. They said they could tell it was out and if they could send someone out for it. We were like no we are on vacation. Number one we shouldn’t have had to call service in number two. We sure shouldn’t have to sit there and wait for them to come over. He gave us the code for another unit and it did not work either so we had no Wi-Fi the entire time. The second thing is after a couple of days we had been out and came back in the afternoon and the code on our door wouldn’t work. We called and were told to call another number and she then called us back and she came right over to fix it. well there was something wrong with the batteries so she had to leave to go get more. That’s all understandable but the real frustrating part was that we needed to get inside to change clothes for a reservation we had that evening. So that really screwed up our plans. These are the kinds of things that shouldn’t have to happen when you’re on vacation. Bottom line is we feel like our situation should have warranted a little more consider

The room was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures. The only issue we had was with the internet but other than that everything was wonderful!!

Did not like that there was no TV had to log into our own accounts. And my daughter forgot to log out of her account in the bunkbed room, so is there anyway someone can please log out of it?

We loved being so close to the beach and having a pool to still go to. The actual unit could use some renovation and updating. Still not a bad place for the amount of time we were there. Met all my family’s needs.

Our family stayed for a week; two adults and two kids (10 & 7). The property had plenty of amenities to keep the kids busy the whole time. Beach across the street, pickleball/tennis, fishing from the pier, and pool time. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/plates/etc. that you would need. Would recommend.

Loved that although it was windy when their we could enjoy the pool and patio as the building blocked most of the wind. Great location, close to everything but not in the busy district.
Would consider changing the master bath to a elongated toilet.
We did kill 3 cockroaches during our stay which I guess is normal for the type of building, overall would stay at the Surf and Racquet Club again.

We stayed the month of December. The pots and pans need to be replaced but I usually bring my own so it wasn’t a problem. I also bring a few rugs as the floors are cold this time of year. We love staying at GSSR and would book again.

I stayed there with my grandchldren and great grandchildren,. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. Loved the view over the bay and the pool was great. It was very quiet at night no loud parties. Nice walk just right across the street to the beach. I would stay there again.

Great place with a lot to offer.. pool, lagoon, beach, fishing. Condo was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Check in was simple.

Vacation
Renting the property was easy and the people were great. However, the bbq pits are all busted up and need to be replaced. Security should be on staff at night to prevent people from parking in handicap parking spots while smoking dope. The fridge has some red liquid in it and absolutely no wifi. No Netflix.

Great location!
Loved that the condo was not next to all the hotels. Pool was great, beach was just across the street. Really it was just as close as some beach front properties we’ve stayed at. Got good use of tennis/pickle ball courts. Only mild hiccup was not getting correct wifi password for a couple days but they sent someone out to reset and were always responsive.

This is a lovely location and a very accommodating facility, with some nice upgrades since last year. The elevators for our unit have been fixed, the tennis courts and boat docks repaired and looking very attractive.
Area of concern for our rental unit was grit on the floor, toilets were stained and not cleaned. The balcony furniture had grease all over the table and chairs and needed a good wipe down. The plastic stackable chairs are unsightly and worn and should be discarded and replaced.
The unit is overall clean and very attractive and beautiful. The furniture is very accommodating for our needs. We greatly appreciated the new washer/dryer that worked perfectly. All appliances are in excellent condition and work well. Everything we needed was there.
We are return guest and so thankful for being to enjoy our stay again! We look forward to staying with you again and recommending this unit to our family and friends!

This was an excellent condo and communication with the property manager was excellent until I told them they shouldn't even advertise wifi it's so horrible and I never heard a word back. I had to get a hot spot to connect work and it was the lack of response that will keep me from renting here again. If wifi isn't important this is a wonderful place. Easy beach access and gorgeous sunsets over the bay♡

I really enjoyed the location actually better than in Orange Beach area. The room was clean and fresh. Great size room that was comfortable and everything you needing the kitchen. Sofa was nice. Kitchen table great. We loved the table and chairs on the patio.
A few cons. The door slide door lock on patio door was broken.
The entrance door lock sometimes locked. Concerning when we were gone most hours of the day.
Again this is not a complaint. Heads up for the owner to repair.
We totally loved the location of the condo. We look forward to booking again the same condo.

Celebrating our 41st anniversary. We love to visit Gulf Shores.
I really enjoyed the location actually better than in Orange Beach area. The room was clean and fresh. Great size room that was comfortable and everything you needing the kitchen. Sofa was nice. Kitchen table great. We loved the table and chairs on the patio.

No hassle check in. Condo was fully stocked and very clean upon arrival. Right across from beach and two fishing piers on the back side of property. Close to everything in GulfPort. Will be back.Thanks
