Location, location, location: 1st Floor 4 Bed 3 Bath Condo in Center of town Burch House, originally built between 1840 - 1860, was home to the Burch family for many years. This Greek revival was turned into a 17 room guest house in 1962 until it's conversion into three condominiums in 2016. The unit is situated in the front of the building at the base of High Pole Hill, with the Pilgrim Monument as a backdrop. This exquisite unit is next to the town green (Bas Relief Park), and its town-center location makes it easily accessible to all that Provincetown has to offer. Just one block to the bay beach and a five minute walk from the ferries and MacMillan Pier. This top-of-the-line, unit has 1,184 sq. ft of living space with central a/c, one king bedroom and three queen bedrooms. The king and one queen bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom while the remaining 2 queen bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The living/dining area comfortably fits 8 people. There is an outdoor dining and seating area that overlooks Bas Relief Park and Town Hall. All of the appliances, fixtures and furnishing are new. The kitchen has quartz counter tops, stainless steel dishwasher, stove, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker. There are three full baths with a washer/dryer in the unit. Off-site parking for one car is available. One additional off-site parking space available for an additional fee; please inquire.

Very responsive owner and the property has a great location. Some initial problems with cleanliness that the owner responded well to. Common area and outside areas are great, but the bedrooms/bathrooms could use some sprucing up/updates.

My husband and I stayed here for a week with family members for our daughter's wedding. The condo suited our needs perfectly. The location 1 block from Commercial Street could not have been better. We loved the outdoor seating area for gathering to socialize. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place, location. It's right by the funicular/elevator at the bottom of the Pilgrim tower. The patio is a great place to hangout early morning and in the evening.

HIGHLY recommend
This place was spot on. The unit was clean with comfy beds and a great living area with all the amenities we'd need. The patio is somewhat exposed to the people taking the funicular to the Pilgrim Monument, but it certainly didn't detract from the stay. Overall, the location can't be beat and I could not recommend it more.
Rich was also a great host. Very communicative and clear with check-in and check-out on top of being very kind and helpful.

Nice Central Location
We enjoyed this four-bedroom rental in the middle of town. Everything was easily walkable, and the outdoor sitting area and updated kitchen made evenings at home enjoyable.

The location is unbeatable. I was a bit worried about noise from being in the center of town, but it was not a problem. The four bedrooms worked well for us, too.

Parking off site was very inconvenient
Process was very easy and condo was clean but it was disturbing to have kids running over your head around the clock

Great Location Right on the heart of PTown
Property was great, tastefully updated, awesome location, clean setup perfect for our family. we would stay there again without a second thought. Communication with Rich was great. Parking is offsite and a short walk. You will need to find additional accommodation for your vehicle if its larger than something like a Honda Pilot. Width is not the issue - really length. I have a full -size pickup - 4 doors with a short-bed - probably the length of a Suburban. It would stick out into the street if parked in the assigned spot. Luckily, Rich had a couple of reasonable alternatives for for me - so it was a non issue, but I would give Rich a heads if you need it.

Provincetown close to everything
My wife and I had a great stay. Plenary of space for 2 to 8 guests. The condo is up to date and very clean. Rich the property manager was responsive, very personable and super efficient. The property is close to town and beaches. Thanks Rich we really had a an awesome relaxing week away. Would absolutely stay here again. 👌🏼👍🏻

Great property in the center of Provincetown
My group of 8 friends stayed in Rich's place and had a fantastic weekend. His property is centrally located, so it is very convenient to everything Provincetown has to offer. He was very responsive to all of my questions prior to check-in and this place was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a group of our size. We would definitely stay here in the future!

This was a great location for us to stay in P-Town for our 4th visit to the town. Easily walkable to nearby shops. Very clean and up-to-date accommodations and check-in was a breeze. Would highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a great location and a comfortable living space!

Excellent modern condo in the perfect location. You can walk downtown in 2 minutes. Very spacious with plenty of room for 6-8 people. We're hoping to stay again next year.

Great space. Perfect location!
Very much enjoyed this property. It was the perfect size and the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great. Location can't be beat. Center to all, walking distance to everything. Barely needed to use our bikes.
