Very hospitable and helpful host. He invited us for a drink every night during our stay. I joined a boat tour organised by him and it was amazing.

The small alleyway leading to gate can be cleaner.

It is not a hostel but a home stay (there are 2 rooms of 4 so only 8 guests in total) in the house of a family. The only bathroom (for guests and the family) is for shower and toilet in the same place so the floor is always wet. Bed was not comfortable, bed bunks very noisy room is small. Room was very hot despite the little fan. I did not feel the good vibes mentionned in the comments. They tried to sell me their expedition tour only 2 seconds after I entered (but I had already booked with someone else).

1. Hard to find, spent 30 minutes up 2 wrong alley ways until one local could finally help me. 2. No working phone number and had to wait another 30 minutes to check in. 3. Power points do not work. Creating everyone to wake you up also trying to helplessly plug their phones in at 3am. 4. Shower is directly over the toilet. 5. Was provided with a mattress and a pillow and NO sheet. Noone around to ask about this. So had to sleep on top of a mattress with mosquitos everywhere. 6. Bugs everywhere on ground. This was my 12th hostel in Asia. Same price as all others. A LOT to improve on.

You are staying in the home of the owner with his wife and 2 children (soon 3 children). It is more like a homestay and it is lovely to play with the kids. The owner Brandon has 3 different hostels and at one of them is free rum every evening (18.30 to 20.00). A lot of people are coming there talk about their grade days and enjoy the vibe. Towels are free, every bed has a small ventilator and the staff is very helpful.

Just cold water but in the heat of coron is it what I preferred. Breakfast is cheap there but often not available. It is not a high quality place but you can't want this for that price

What this property lacks in modern decoration, they make up for with the hosts! Brendan and Joy (and Madison and Hunter) are so helpful with booking anything you need, the room is cleaned often, they have 2 properties (one more modern with aircon, one with fans) and they are both in a great location. would recommend staying here. thanks both!

Great atmosphere and wonderful hosts, especially the kids. Location was good and quiet. There were only 8 beds, but because of this it really gave a home like vibes. Veggie burgers are totally worth trying and the free rum was great as well! The cheapest accomodation in Coron Town and totally worth it.
