Beautiful location and a lovely hotel

Wonderful location with fantastic views out to see and along the coast.

We had an issue between Booking.com and the hotel where Booking (proven by a screenshot I took) had said breakfast was included in the price but the hotel said it did not. It was solved relatively quickly by the hotel granting complimentary breakfast which we are hugely grateful they did. It was embarrassing for us to have to argue our case for ten minutes in public view but the manager on that day did sort it out. Thank you.

Very nice hotel with amazing views over the beach. Super Comfy Beds.

The hotel is located right on the front and a close walk to the the Pier. Staff were great, very welcoming. The room had recently been refurbished to a high standard and what is most important to me, the bed was super comfy.

Creaky floorboards in the room but very hard to avoid this given the age of the hotel. The walk to the rooms, we were given two options we choose the route across the car park which was a little odd.

Not the best value for money

The room is decent, with a comfy bed and very nice bathroom. Staff is nice and was really helpful to us. The restaurant is ok for dinner and mostly ok for breakfast.

However, it is noisy as you can hear every step of the people who live above. The floors are made of wood so is making a lot of noise. Overall, the hotel looks a little outdated, except for the bathrooms. Also, there is a big issue with the parking, as there are not enough spaces to accommodate all the cars, so we had to park our car a bit far off from the hotel. Some things in the restaurant are also not on the Marriott level. The coffee they are serving for breakfast(the standard one), I think it's the same one it is served in the army. Very, very poor quality! So we had to order some extra coffee and pay for it. Overall, the price you pay for the value you are getting is not quite reasonable. If it was like 40-50% cheaper, maybe it would have been great!

Lovely hotel but very expensive

Great location, comfortable stylish hotel

Very expensive for size of the room and there was no milk in the room for tea and coffee and it took ages to get some delivered to the room.

Pleasant, comfortable and friendly staff

The location is brilliant, particularly if you are going to an event at the BIC like I was. Room was spacious and comfortable - windows did not really open but that was okay as the room has aircon. Big comfortable bed and the room was very quiet. I didn’t have breakfast or any food so cannot comment on that.

I would have liked a bath for the price but the shower was nice. Breakfast was very expensive on top of the room price, so I gave it a swerve!

Enjoyable

The staff we met were all very good. The facilities in the hotel we really enjoyed - swimming pool, location to the beach, tennis court, excellent restuarant and bar.

As we were a family, it was disappointing and inconvenient at times that we could not be accommodated near each other despite requesting it. One of our rooms was very small for the price - I feel like a discount to the advertised price should have been offered because of it. It was drastically different in size to the other room we were given.

Breakfast ruined my experience, as is something that sets you up for your stay

Room was lovely and clean very comfy

Breakfast was awful for 17.50 I would expect the breakfast to be cooked fresh not buffet, the bacon was all stuck together in able to separate looks like it had been cooked the day before, the sausages were small and tasteless, and the fact that I served myself and I was charged a service charge, had my breakfast out the next morning which cost 12.50 and was cooked fresh not charged service charge x I left my own tip

The bed was comfortable and the room was large.

Not value for money. Feel the parking should be included in the price and so should breakfast. There are other hotels of the same star rating that include breakfast.

The cottage room we stayed in and the main hotel looked very ‘Tired’ not at all like the website photos

First stay at The Bournemouth Marriott

The location and the interior and size of the room.

Firstly not happy how far my room was from Reception!! Disappointed with the view from my windows..looked out onto rooves and buildings.. Breakfast was almost cold when it arrived by Room Service. Poor flow from the shower and it was so difficult to get a decent hot temperature for the water. It kept going hot then cold!! So annoying.

Fantastic room with a beautiful view of the sea and pier.

The room was beautiful, we got upgraded to a sea view room and the view was wonderful in the morning with the sunshine. The facilities were lovely - the bed was huge! The shower was good and the overall decor was right up our street. The staff were fantastic and helpful.

Very nice lication especially if you oubare lucky enough to be given a room with a sea view.

The beds are extremely comfotable and the rooms are re very clean and spacious.

I did not like the parking, hardly any ad paces, hadcyo park a little further, and the roads are narrow to manoeuvre the car and parking is extremely expensive. Ty he breakfastscare nice but expensive too.

Habitación amplia y cómoda, con muchos detalles como secador de pelo, amenities, tabla de planchar, hervidor… Restaurante muy correcto.

No repusieron el gel de baño ni el primer ni el segundo día. Suerte que nosotros llevábamos porque solo había champú y algo de acondicionador. El segundo día nos dejaron toallas para 2 y éramos 4.

Very good hotel, good food and very pleasant hotel and restaurant staff.

Good size room, large comfortable bed, Very good room for disabled person. The food in Brasserie Blanc was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel. We look forward to staying again.
