Location. It's right beside a bar. Played loud music until 3 a.m. every night. Refrigerator didn't work.

The room was clean and the pillows were nice and soft. The laundry was convenient.

We had to remind the front desk several times to clean our room and provide clean towels. I had to walk down to the lobby to pick up towels myself after they did not bring them to our room. I have stayed at Hampton Inn many times for business and this fell shot of my usual experience. When i return to Juarez, I will be staying at a different hotel. When awe asked the front dest to recommend a taxi to drive us across the boarder, they gave us a driver who was very expensive. We found a driver who was much less expensive.

In general the Hotel is similar to other Hampton Inn in Mexico.

For my expense report, I need the company address and my name on the hotel bill. My request to add the data to the invoice was initially rejected. After a long discussion and after a long wait, my data was provisionally supplemented.
