Gute Lage, ruhig, sauber und sehr gemütlich

Nice original historical big flat.

This is the most delightful place i have stayed on my trip. Its cosy and classy. I absolutely loved it. Super clean. Well equipped. Location is sensational. Easy walk to Dresden Neustadt station. Trams nearby too. The district of Neustadt is excellent and i didnt know it when i booked, but that area is a much better place to stay than in the old town. There are cafes and restaurants and bars and interesting shops. I walked to and from the old town twice and it was a delightful walkeach time. Do yourself a favour and book this fabulous place (unless you have an issue with stairs in which case dont).

There is nothing not to like about the place.

Location was great, not in a tourist area but very easy to get to the centre of Dresden. Local area great for food and bars. Quiet location surprisingly, given location. Perfect size for two and kitchen facilities perfect.

Mr.Brend, the Owner, is very polite and nice. Settlement at apartment was very quick.

Despite the fact this is in a busy part of the city, it was very quiet and comfortable. Easy to sleep in a comfortable bed.

Good location. Can find free parking nearby. Nice 15-20 min. walk to the Old. Town. Comfortable beds, quiet sleep.

Must be patient while cold and hot water changes one another in the shower.
