Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war toll, das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem. Frühstück war sehr lecker, viel Auswahl und regionale Speisen gab es auch.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage ist top, das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
Für einen Trip nach Frankfurt empfehlen wir dieses Hotel!

Lage ist gut.
Personal im Bereich Bar überaus kompetent und sehr freundlich.
Einchecken hat extrem lange gedauert. Buchung über Booking - Änderungswünsche = Änderung der Kontaktdaten der angereisten Personen konnten nicht umgesetzt werden
Frühstücksbuffet für über Kontigent Veranstalter gebucht = sehr spartanisch.
Im Gegensatz hierzu = Frühstücksbuffet für "Normalbucher" = sehr gut

Everything was just perfect, the room, the facilities, the gym. I also liked the location of the hotel- close to Messe and a big shopping center, you can also get to the old city center in no time. Would definitely recommend this for a comfortable stay in Frankfurt.
The only thing is that there were no slippers in the room but it's a minor inconvenience.

A five star vibe
The room was next to the elevator. It could get very noisy. The staff didn’t even inform us about the room arrangement. It would have been good to know.

Very nice bathroom. Spacious room. Great view. Very comfortable and large bed. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.
Couldn't turn the TV on, no matter which button I pressed on the remote control, so no TV.

A nice and clean Marriott
The front desk staff, and it seems the whole staff.
Go at lengths not to be serivce oriented, making you feel uncomfortable.
From just being unhospitable to trying to charge 150 Euros for breakfast, although in the Booking.com order that was made more than 9 months ago, it explicitly stated it includes breakfast.
So, the bottom line is Marriott Frankfurt. Your business is about hosting guests from all around the world. Try to make your guests feel welcome.
