The toilet made a terrible noise after flushing!!!

Location but did not stay but checked into other acommodation at great expense as not what was advertised

Arrived and had to wait 20 minutes before anyone came to help. We were travelling with another couple and had booked two apartments which were advertised with washing machine (none in the apartments) Kettle. One in one apartment, missing in the other. Inadequate one fan in each apartment in a heat wave that could only be plugged in in certain places as some sockets didn't work. one apartment had an overpowering smell of wood smoke and was so dark you could only see if you opened the window as light in lounge did not work. stairwell is a hazard and accident waiting to happen as it is a struggle to find light switch and is pitch black. as it was non refundable we lost 567 euro and cost 750 for alternate acommodation. When we were leaving owners son saw us and when we told him we wereleaving were met with an uninterested shrug!

A room that reminds me a Vermeer picture. At 15 steps from San Gimignano, the location is fantastic. I had a great time exploring Florence and Siena from there. The parking was a bonus. I totally recommend this place. Is lovely.

old house divided in big rooms, more apartments. very friendly staff, helpful and kind. we were with a little dog and it is a perfect place for that. at the border of the old city.

The appartement was big and central located.

No air condition and a lot of noise in front of the location.

The property is situated in the walls of the old town. A perfect location. This provides a great location to tour the old town as well as the local wine areas. The apartment is homely and well equipped

Quaint Beautiful location

Property fine - very basic. Location fantastic Lack of basic support - no iron or ironing board. No microwave. Parking area swamped with cars. Informal courtyard. Difficult to get in and out on occasion. There was a leak in the kitchen on the second day of a 5 day stay leaving a pool of water on the floor. No mop provided Despite a series of text messages and phone calls to the hosts official numbers we didn’t receive a response and spent 4 of 6 days with a pool of water on the floor in front of the cooker. We have been to the same apartments twice before (last time 25 years ago). It is apparent that there has been zero investment in the place over the 15 year gap. Pity, we had fantastic memories from previous trips but it didn’t live up to the memories. All it would take is some care with guests (off season), some thought regarding what guests need, and a little bit of investment. A host should be contactable by guests during a stay.
