Set in a quiet cul-de-sac between Warrain and Culburra beaches, and only 5 minutes from Lake Wollumboola, you can enjoy an active beach holiday or simply relax and unwind. The fully fenced backyard, with its breathtaking panoramic view spanning both the north and south coast lines, provides the perfect vantage point for dolphin and whale watching (dolphins all year round, whales in Sept/Oct) and magnificent sunrises/sunsets. The backyard verandah with new zip blinds and level lawn is perfect for outside meals, relaxing and playtime. FEATURES: *Ocean views from the entire rear of the house. *Four Bedrooms. Sleeps up to a total of 10. Room configuration is as follows: -Bedroom 1 has ocean views with queen bed. -Bedroom 2 has ocean views with a double bed. -Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed & 2 single beds ( can be set up as 4 singles) with its own en-suite. Perfect family or children’s room. -Bedroom 4 has a queen bed * Newly renovated family bathroom with bath and seperate walk- in shower *Fully equipped kitchen with microwave & dishwasher *Separate dining area. *Main living area has ocean views *Front courtyard with BBQ *Large backyard area with sweeping 270 degree ocean views. Features include: -A large grassy, fenced area which is great for pets -Shaded porch area complete with 2 outdoor table settings making it perfect for alfresco dining while enjoying spectacular views -Sun chairs -Hammock -A private path leading to the rock platform. *Two bathrooms, one newly renovated with full bath and walk in shower *Laundry with washing machine, dryer and third toilet. *All bed linen & towels provided. *Off street parking for 3 cars. Ample on street parking is also available. *Pet Friendly. ACTIVITIES: *2 minute walk to Warrain Beach (ideal for surfing). *2 minute walk to Culburra Beach; great for long walks, dogs are allowed. *5 minutes to Lake Wollumboola (enjoy sailing, windsurfing and water-skiing). *Fishing: we have a private path from back garden to natural marine rock platform. *Snorkelling. *Canoeing. *Bike riding. *Close to RSL club, Woolworths, Chinese restaurant, pizza restaurant and coffee shop. *Half hour drive to Kangaroo Valley and Berry. *Enjoy whale/dolphin watching from a sun chair in the backyard. *Unwind in the hammock with a good book, or simply relax and enjoy the expansive 270 degree sea views from the backyard. This property is in an excellent location on a cliff top overlooking, and with the sounds of the sea. An access path to the rock platform was very convenient. Lovely area below for our dog to swim. We enjoyed our stay here, house was cosy, nice covered verandah overlooking the sea, and the proprty was totally fenced which was good for our dog. We did have issues with the tenants pets on one side, as their dogs kept coming to the fence and barking and provoking our dog. They didn't do anything about stopping their dogs which was rather annoying. We had to tie our dog up so she didn't respond. If the fence was covered and not see through it would make it better for the neighbouring animals so they wouldn't see each other. The other side of us had a friendly dog so that side wasn't an issue. I was a bit aprehensive after reading some of the reviews on the older style house. It is older style with the main bedroom a fair way away from the bathroom, however we found the house to be clean, comfortable and everything we needed to use it which was appreciated. We cooked a lot, and found it suited our needs. There were a couple of small issues, some of the kitchenware was not very clean, and we had to wash some items before using, we did point this out to the owner. Also we didn't find the fire pit which was apparently in the garage, but maybe we didn't look properly. My husband also pointed out there didn't appear to be smoke detectors fitted and the knobs on the gas stove need some attention. So probably in that instance carbon monoxide detectors might be a good thing. So in summation, this was a really nice property, although older style interior, it was comfortable and warm with a truly magnificent view.

Even with the odd passing shower of rain, we enjoyed our stay at Carmelle - just watching the sea and sky from there is so relaxing.

we have had wonderful time in Carmelle. The house is very comfortable and well designed; the ocean view from the front yard is breathtaking ! We stayed with our dog there who enjoyed secured front yard and friendly dog beaches around.

The property is all about the view! We were so excited to see dolphins while playing lawn games in the backyard. The house is really well set up for kids and dogs and we had a great time trying a different local beach each day of our stay. The house has a classic Aussie beach holiday feel about it with all the things you need

Had the most amazing 4 nights away at this idyllic property with my partner and pup. The views are simply outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed some great sunsets over the ocean as well as wondering down to the rock pools in the morning. Such a great location with many sites to explore in the surrounds. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Will definitely be back.

Awesome location, short walk to Warrain Beach & easy access to the amazing rock platform from backyard. Dolphins seen each day from house. Good to have front yard table for those extremely windy days. Kids loved the swings out front.

The house was in an excellent location for walks, beaches, shops. The view - unsurpassed! The house could do with some TLC but was perfectly suitable for our needs. We had a very happy and enjoyable week and will miss that ocean view!

We had a lovely stay for a week in early December. The location was perfect and our golden retriever loved swimming in the rock pools at the bottom of the steps. We did bring our own fans as we had some extremely hot nights
