This luxury real estate Condominium provides a peaceful atmosphere, free from busy crowds. Exclusive direct beach access. The building is just minutes away from high-end shopping, great dining, top entertainment and cultural hotspots. - One Queen Size Bed + One Twin Size Bed + One Queen Size Sofa Bed - Nicely decorated & furnished - Heated pool - Gym - Business centers with Internet - 24hr parking (not for free) - 24hs security - Broadband internet wifi in the unit Cable TV. Full Kitchen with Large Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Oven/Stove, Micro Wave Ovens, and all necessary Kitchen Appliances and utensils. Spacious Bathrooms with Tub and Shower. We provide Bathroom and Beach Towels, Beach chairs and Sunshade Bedding includes Pillows, Duvets and Linens More than 4 golf courts are within less than a mile from the Condo. Among them the Diplomat Country Club is within walking distance. Walmart, Ross, Walgreens, and many other shops are located at less than half a mile. Nearby Hotels include The Westin Diplomat and Crown Plaza with great restaurants and fun. This is a paradise for fun as it is just minutes to Gulfstream Race Track & Shopping, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Mardi Grass at the Greyhound Track. Aventura Mall is 5 minutes away from Condo and Sawgrass Mills Mall only at 10 minutes. Very close to Golden beach, Bal Harbour, Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles Beach, Hollywood Beach Boardwalk Parking service rates: One week: USD 100 per stay Two weeks: USD 125 per stay Three weeks: USD 150 per stay Four weeks: USD 175 Holliday: USD 40 Resort fee: USD 30 for every two persons per stay due only with Credit card at Check in at complex administration. A USD 20 deposit will be requested to receive the Parking Decal, which has to be returned before 5 PM the check-out date to receive the USD 20 deposit refund. Payment: Credit Card, Check-in time: from 3 PM Check-out time: 11 AM - Guests shall comply with all the complex association rules - Complex association will provide a Hand Plastic Band to each guest of the apartment. DO NOT STAY AT THIS CONDO !!! This place is unsafe to stay at. Broken appliances, broken dining glass table, missing handles and parts of the sinks. Ceiling tiles that are about to fall out. Dirty walls with black scuffmarks all over them. Vents that have not been cleaned in years. This place is a disaster. And on top of that, person that is suppose to meet to you for a check in process, Marcello (i believe), was a no show during our check it and told us that he doesn't need to be there. BE AWARE and STAY AWAY from this place until it gets fixed!!! p.s. I do have all the pictures to support my review. Feel free to contact

This is not the first time we stay at Tides (both buildings). We often book an apartment with Marcello. His management team is always nice and helpful. They will always figure out how to make your stay comfortable. The apartment itself was clean and everything was available: dishes, utensils, kitchen appliances etc. Will stay here once again đź’• Thank you!

My whole trip was great from the condo(super clean) to the weather to the location which had great restaurant choices and grocery stores. The Tides has a great spot on the beach, a beautiful pool and gym and a great quality of families and adults that make the trip enjoyable. Thank you to Marcello and his team to have made the check in and check out easy. I do have to mention that the condo does overlook the street so it might be more noisy since Floridians love the honking but that's of no fault to the place. Also, I was a little worried when I read the reviews concerning the checkin and parking issues...if you follow the instructions to getting your FOB and parking in place there will be no issues with that either. I loved the comfortable bed, to the towels all the way to beach chairs and umbrellas that were available for us. Can't wait for the next time !!!

Overall nice apartment, definitely get what you pay for. Zero frills, very outdated decor and appliances, but the unit is clean and relatively comfortable. Bring your own shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.
Couch bed is not comfortable (as expected).
Main bedroom has a twin and full (not a queen as listed), which were adequately comfortable.
NOT ocean front, overlooks the street and waterway, which can be loud and bright at night, but there is easy access to the pool and beach.
No physical key access to the unit.
Most annoying part was having to wear a wrist band with a key (necessary to get on the pool and beach, and in and out of the building), not very comfortable to sleep in, but that is ubiquitous to all the Tides apartments.

Buena localidad acceso a la playa piscina los servicios del edf son buenos parking, seguridad, gim, private room para meettings, etc. La limpieza del Apt no estuvo buena mucho sucio debajo de camas, solo limpiaron por encima, con relacion a cosas como papel toillet, jabon de lavar platos, solo colocan para una semana si vas por mas no te dan mas, nosotros estuvimos 3 semanas y tuvimos que comprar por lo demas todo bien, la atencion de la Sra que coordina muy buena y oportuna.

This was my first VRBO experience and it was better than I thought. The location was great, easy to get to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Glad I rented a car though not a lot of walkable restaurants/sightseeing.

The room.was nice the view i paid for was not the view i got. the pool.closes at dark key fobs quit qorki g had to replace them every couple days staff was good .but the over all stay was not that great.

The property is located in a good location and it is accurate to the property listing; however the washer and drier are not included. Need to charge a card to use the appliances in the floor laundry.
Also it needs to be provided with basic supplies like paper towel, toilet paper, cleaning items like a broom etc.

Quaint, but could use some paint.
The condo was nice, loved the access to the beach and pool. Liked the laundry facility as well. Balcony view is amazing. The walls are quite dirty and could use a coat of paint. It’s going to hard keeping the white clean.

Everything it’s good, the location it’s awesome, apartment in good condition of all. Because we went there so late and Liliana did a excellent job. The beach is beautiful too. I just think the property should have some items that could help, more trash bag or even 1 product to clean it up. Other then that, was a good stay.

Great beach and pool, nice apartment
Great apartment and amenities. Host very kindly moved our reservations at the last minute when we had a death in the family (despite us being just 48 hours from the trip) and graciously worked with us.
The company running the amenities is annoying. They want you to wear arm bands, and stand in line leave a deposit for a parking pass (after paying for parking at a separate location) that you have to return before being able to leave (open only 9-4) - that also didn't work and had to be replaced. Just very inefficient and frustrating. The amenities themselves and the apartment were nice and the beach was gorgeous!

You will only receive 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 trash bag, no paper towels, nor any dish soap to wash dishes you may use. I would strongly suggest, even if they increased the price by $5 a night to supply at least 4 rolls of TP, 1 roll of paper towels, and at least 2 or 3 trash bags.

Very nice and comfortable condo for the price. Clean and just perfect for my family of 4. No issues at all during our stay. Very nice and warm pool, and beach very close. There is a cafe within the building which was wonderful to be able to grab a quick yummy meal. Lots of shopping within reasonable driving distance. Very enjoyable stay.

Perfect for a laid-back family getaway
The condo was absolutely perfect for a laid-back family getaway that didn't break the bank! The pool and beach on-site were so convenient and lovely--easy access and so nice to be able to pop up to the room for lunch or a nap. The kitchen was well-stocked with equipment, enough for any simple meal we needed to prepare. I would recommend bringing additional dishwasher pods, trash bags, spices, etc. if you are flying in and don't want to have to buy a bunch of stuff you can't take home with you. Lilliana was super helpful and the coin laundry right down the hall saved the day! We enjoyed the cafe in the lobby and utilized their pool-side delivery too. The balcony was so lovely too. All around great spot.
